As a platform for users to master and manage the working state of various equipment at home,home energy management system can automatically coordinate and control flexible resources at home to meet users’ power needs.The traditional optimal control model of home energy management system based on time of use tarriff is built on the premise of the normal operation of the power grid,but the power grid often has abnormal operation state.The abnormal operation state of power grid refers to the unplanned power outage state and the emergency operation state with limited power purchased by users.Under the abnormal operation of power grid,users not only have the demand of electricity economy,but also have the reliability of power consumption.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish the optimal control model of home energy management system considering the abnormal operation state of power grid,and to optimize the running state of electrical equipment and energy storage in the home by this model,so as to improve the reliability of users’ electricity consumption under the abnormal operation state of power grid while ensuring the consumption economy of users.Considering that users not only have the demand of power consumption economy,but also have the demand of power consumption reliability during the unplanned power outage period,the optimal control model of home energy management system to meet the power demand of users in unplanned outage period is established.The model aims to minimize the cost of household electricity.considering the power demand of users during the unplanned power outage period,the reserve capacity of energy storage is reserved,and the reserve coefficient of energy storage is proposed,which is set by the power of basic household electricity equipment and the duration of power outage,to change the state of the lowest charge of energy storage.The working model of controllable electrical equipment and the upper and lower limits of the charge state of energy storage including the reserve coeficient of energy storage were taken as constraints to obtain the working state of controllable electrical equipment and the charge and discharge state of energy storage in each period.The simulation results show that the proposed model not only ensures the power consumption economy of users,but also significantly improves the power consumption reliability of users in the unplanned blackout period.When the power grid is in emergency operation state,the purchasing power of users is often limited.How to minimize the impact of the emergency operation state of power grid on users’ power consumption has become a hot research topic.Therefore,the optimal control model of home energy management system in response to emergency operation of power grid is proposed.In order to quantify the impact of emergency operation of power grid on users’power consumption,the reduction target of users’ power consumption under emergency operation of power grid is established.Then,the goal of user power reduction is included in the user power cost through the dimensional conversion coefficient,which together constitute the objective function of the optimization model.Finally,in order to reflect the power limitation of users in emergency operation of power grid,the constraint of maximum power purchase is included in the original constraint.The simulation results of an example show that by adjusting the energy storage charge and discharge time,the operation time and operation power of controllable electric equipment,the economy of users’ electricity consumption can be effectively guaranteed,and the impact of power grid emergency operation on users’electricity consumption can be reduced to the greatest extent.Considering the abnormal operation state of the power grid in the optimal control model of the home energy management system,it can provide users with power consumption plans under various operation states of the power grid.In years to come,the development and utilization of the intelligent power consumption technology nested in the model can also provide a service market for user service providers.
