| With the increasing traffic pressure and unknown accidental factors,the accidents of cars hitting high elevated pier columns,cars hitting anti-collision guardrails and ships hitting piers occur from time to time.Many studies have been carried out at home and abroad on this kind of collision problem.Taking the case that the main cable of the side span of the suspension bridge under construction is impacted by the drop of the truck crane during the construction as the research object,the impact simulation model is established,and the impact mechanism and impact on the bridge structure are analyzed,so as to provide a practical basis for the subsequent repair or continued construction of the suspension bridge.Combined with a large number of relevant literatures and project examples,this paper mainly completes the following work:1)The basic principles of finite element and collision dynamics are summarized,and the theoretical equations of free vibration of the structure are derived.With the help of finite element software MIDAS CIVIL,the overall finite element model of the suspension bridge is established,and the initial cable force and initial line shape results of the side span main cable before the impact are obtained.2)The finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to establish the collision model between the truck crane and the main cable,simulate the whole collision process,obtain the location where the truck crane and the main cable collide and the obvious characteristics of S16 cable clamp toppling out,extract the displacement time history curve of the truck crane’s steam Center of gravity in the whole collision process,analyze and obtain the results of the truck crane’s landing position,and recently answer the actual trace and find that the two are basically the same,This verifies the correctness of the simulation analysis model,which can be used in the subsequent impact analysis.3)According to the simulation results,the impact of impact on the side span main cable,cable clamp,S16 impact area main cable,impact side cable tower,bridge steel truss surface line shape and the resulting impact are analyzed.The results show that the cable force increase of the side span main cable caused by impact is 19000kN;The maximum stress of S16 cable clamp directly bearing impact is 675.4MPa;The maximum tensile stress of the main cable in the impact area is 797.7MPa,which is increased by 215.1MPa compared with that before the impact;The maximum displacement of the plumb at the impact point is 0.473m;The right span of the cable tower shows the characteristics of ground shaking along the bridge.When the offset to the side span reaches the maximum value of 46.3mm,the bridge deck rises as a whole,and the maximum value of its right span rise is 69.66mm.When the offset to the middle span reaches the maximum value of 31.5mm,the bridge deck drops as a whole,and the maximum value of its right span drop is 47.36mm.During this process,the maximum value of the compressive stress of the tower column is 9.75MPa,and there is no tensile stress;It has little influence on the impact of steel truss girder,sling and cable saddle. |
