The application of a large number of electronic equipment makes electromagnetic spectrum become more and more crowded,and the inherent bottlenecks of electronic systems limit the future development of reconnaissance,jamming,detection,communication and other fields towards high frequency and large bandwidth,but the advantages of microwave photonics,which combine photonics and microwave millimeter wave technology,can compensate for these deficiencies.The importance of intelligence has been obvious since ancient times,with the development of science and technology today,electronic countermeasures have become the main means,how to obtain the information of the opposites and how to interfere with the detected information has become an important research direction in electronic countermeasures.Based on the advantages of microwave photonics such as high frequency and large bandwidth,this paper studies frequency measurement technology and jamming technology in the field of electronic countermeasures,the specific research contents are as follows:1.Combined with the current application status of microwave photonics,the advantages of microwave photonics are analyzed to illustrate the significance of the research direction of this paper,the research status of related technologies at home and abroad is introduced.This paper mainly introduces the current research status of interference methods,the concept and research status of photonic integration.This paper introduces some devices commonly used in microwave photonic link,mainly deduces the formula of several common modulator working modes involved,and finally several typical methods of frequency measurement and jamming are summarized.2.A frequency measurement scheme based on MZM cascaded Dpol-MZM is designed.In this scheme,the signal to be measured is firstly modulated to the optical carrier,and then the signal is input to Dpol-MZM and modulated with the local oscillator signal on the two polarization states respectively,a time difference is introduced for the two polarization signals.Finally,the angular frequency of the signal is fixed,and the frequency information of the signal to be measured is only reflected in the phase.The frequency of the signal to be measured can be determined by comparing the phase difference of the two signals.Simulation by optical simulation software,the frequency measurement range of the system is 8 GHz-40 GHz,the frequency measurement error is less than 300 MHz,and the feasibility of system integration is proved by simulation in integration software.3.A frequency-shifting jamming scheme based on DP-QPSK is designed.The scheme uses a DPMZM in DP-QPSK to process the received linearly frequency modulation signal,and another DPMZM to generate an optical comb,multiple jamming signals are generated simultaneously after a PD,the appropriate amount of frequency-shifting is selected based on the actual measured radar signal,and different jamming signals can be generated by changing the optical comb module Simulation by optical simulation software,the generated jamming signal is processed to verify its effectiveness,and the feasibility of system integration is proved by simulation in integration software.4.A frequency-shifting jamming scheme based on DPMZM and DDMZM is designed.In this scheme,DPMZM is used to process the received linear frequency modulation signals,DDMZM is used to realize frequency conversion through Serrodyne phase modulation,and the signals generated by DPMZM and DDMZM are beat to generate frequency shift jamming signals.This scheme can achieve frequency-shift jamming and false Doppler frequency jamming for linear frequency modulation signals.Simulation by optical simulation software,the generated jamming signal is processed to verify its effectiveness,and the feasibility of system integration is proved by simulation in integration software.
