The gradual depletion of non-renewable resources,the aggravation of global environmental problems and the frequent occurrence of power accidents are unavoidable serious problems in today’s power industry.In order to realize the transformation of energy development and improve the utilization rate of energy,experts from various countries put forward the concept of building an energy Internet.As the core hub of the energy Internet,energy routers can accept different types of energy through the integration of power electronic technology and information technology,and realize multi-type load energy transmission and information interaction,which has a good development prospect.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research background and significance of energy routers,reviews the development of the main circuit topology of energy routers,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different types of structures and control methods of energy routers.And the research status of sliding mode control is introduced.The paper adopts a dual DC bus energy router topology,which provides conditions for the flexible access of distributed power sources,energy storage devices and different loads.Based on the working principle of DC/DC converter,the establishment of the mathematical model of AC/DC converter,DC/DC converter and access equipment in the dual-DC bus energy router is completed.Secondly,the concept and principle of sliding mode control are introduced,the advantages of sliding mode control are analyzed,and several solutions to the chattering problem of sliding mode control are summarized.The basic principles of extended state observer and tracking differentiator in ADRC are studied,and the typical design structure is given.The sliding mode control is combined with the expansion state observer and the tracking differentiator to form an active disturbance rejection synovial controller.The expansion state observer is used to track and compensate various internal and external disturbances and difficult-to-measure quantities in the system.The controller tracks the tracked quantity and its differential,and the chattering problem caused by the sign function is avoided by introducing a nonlinear smooth function.The simulation example proves the effectiveness of the control method in the paper.At the end of the paper,the AC/DC converter,energy storage system and DAB converter in the dual-DC bus energy router are designed for the active disturbance rejection sliding mode control method,and simulated in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.The simulation results show that the dual DC bus energy router under the control of the method in this paper can not only realize the free flow of energy,but also implement bidirectional power supply reliability.
