With the acceleration of urbanization,the construction of municipal management network projects is also in progress.Non-open excavation tube construction processes have been widely used in the laying construction of micro-top pipes and horizontal orientation drills due to their innovative integration of the technical advantages of micro pipe jacking and horizontal directional drilling.However,the process starts late,and its theoretical study is obviously lagging behind engineering practice.Faced with lack of mature ways to guide construction,the pipeline power calculation system has not yet formed,and it is difficult to predict the surrounding environment during the construction process of Top pipe.In view of the abovementioned unfavorable factors restricting the development and promotion of the process,this paper takes the Duanzhou urban sewage network renovation project in Zhaoqing City as the engineering background,and makes comprehensive use of field research,inductive analysis,theoretical derivation,and numerical simulation,etc.to conduct a systematic study on the force characteristics,environmental impact,and key construction technologies in the process of pipeline pulling and laying,and the main work and results are as follows:(1)A non-open excavation tube construction method with universal actual guiding significance is summarized.Relying on the actual engineering,the basic principles of the Top Tube Construction Process were detailed.The study of key technologies such as pulling the pipeline and the flexible seal self-locking interface,which clarifies the difference between the construction process of the Top pipe and the traditional top pipe and the horizontal directional drilling process.Provide technical reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future by means of a key step in the tape pipe construction.(2)The pipeline power calculation model of specialty in the construction process of Top pipe construction is established.By analyzing the existing pipe force calculation model,the assumption of pipe soil interaction,and the applicability of soil pressure calculation theory in the pull-top pipe construction process,as well as combining the study of load transfer mode and friction resistance composition in the construction process,a pipe pull-top force calculation model was established.Based on the engineering example,quantitative analysis of the force of the Top Tube during the construction process,and explored the weight ratio of the sub-model resistance,effectively guiding the on-site operation equipment selection,the application results verified the effectiveness of the calculation model sex.(3)The evolution law of environmental impact in the pipeline is disclosed.The threedimensional numerical simulation was performed using ABAQUS construction process,and on this basis,the control variable method was used to sensitize surface settlement of key construction parameters.The results show that the development of the upper and lower soil of the pipe axis has a reverse trend,and the lateral surface settlement slot is inverted,and the Gaussian curve derived from the PECK analysis is highly consistent,and the accuracy of the model is verified.The coefficient of friction between the tube soil and the tube diameter is proportional to the surface settlement trend,while the depth of the pipe is counter-specific.Reduce the pipe diameter or increase the depth can effectively reduce the influence of the pipeline construction on the soil,and the increase in the friction coefficient of the pipe has a negative effect on the stability of the formation.
