Electric vehicles, which as one of the main ways in new energy vehicles, will become the main trend of transportation under the dual carbon policy of carbon peaking, carbon neutralization in the future. The mixed travel of electric vehicles and fuel vehicles in the transportation network will also become the norm with the gradual increase in the number of electric vehicles based on the present and looking to the future.Firstly, the charging strategy of electric vehicles are selected as the main research object. The charging strategy is analyzed and studied during their travel. The linear charging time function are used to build a combination judgment mechanism of safe power and charging power threshold to analyze the impact of electric vehicle travel on users’ charging choice behavior. The time minimization is used as the decision criterion of path selection. The space-time state information of in-transit charging is displayed, and a numerical example is constructed to verify and analyze the path charging selection strategy in the road network by constructing the three-dimensional network of time-space electricity. The results showed that the proposed method can better consider the charging selection behavior under different power threshold combinations, obtain the better power threshold combination of each path in the outlet network, and provide users with a reasonable travel scheme at the same time.Subsequently, this dissertation establishes a mixed user equilibrium model by considering that different types of users have different risk perception, different perceived time deviation and different initial battery state to fully understand the impact of electric vehicle travel charging behavior, user perception and other factors on the equilibrium problem of hybrid transportation network. An example is given to illustrate the users’ choice of charging station and the change of charging time under different risk perception and different perceived time deviation. Finally, the impact of electric vehicle travel on the overall performance of the road network is further analyzed by combining with the theoretical analysis in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.First of all, this chapter gives the carbon emission, energy consumption model and the calculation method of charging location utilization balance. Then, the control variable method is used to compare and analyze the data such as charging time, total travel time, carbon emission and stability index characterizing the performance of the road network from the aspects of road section energy consumption under different road levels, different power threshold combinations, different electric vehicle permeability and the difference of charging station location. The results showed that for electric vehicles,a reasonable road grade design affects the energy consumption model of electric vehicles, and then affects the overall travel benefits of the road network.A suitable combination of power thresholds has a greater impact on users’ charging behavior. The appropriate penetration rate of electric vehicles has a significant impact on the travel time and carbon emission of the transportation network, and can take into account the pursuit of time value and better carbon emission benefits.A reasonable charging location is equally important for the balance of its utilization and reducing network travel time, energy conservation and emission reduction.
