Research On The Design Ethics Of Children’s Artificial Intelligence Products

In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,children’s AI products continue to introduce new types of functions,which has a positive impact on the rapid improvement of children’s learning and thinking ability.However,from the perspective of socialization and children’s education,childhood is an important period for the formation of autonomous consciousness,and children’s AI products will inevitably have adverse effects on children’s physical and mental health development during their application,and may even bring harm to families and social order,so there are numerous problems with children’s AI products.To truly solve these problems,it is necessary to follow the correct design principles and choose the best design path in the design of children’s AI products from the perspective of design ethics.Design ethics refers to the comprehensive consideration of people,resources and the environment and the promotion of the true beauty of human nature under the guidance of ethics.This paper explains the connotation of design ethics and the characteristics of children’s AI products,and clarifies the feasibility and necessity of ethical research on children’s AI product design in relation to children’s moral development and population characteristics;explores the design ethical risks of children’s AI products in terms of physical health,cognitive development,environmental protection and human rights protection;analyzes its design ethical dilemma at the level of subjectivity,value orientation and emotionalization;The three basic principles of "people-oriented,using things as a tool "," equal emphasis on justice and benefit,coexistence of beauty and goodness ",and " simultaneous development of both internal and external aspects,and unity of mind between the top and bottom" are clarified;Three basic paths of "the motivation for good","the pressure to avoid harm" and "the thrust to benefit" are proposed.The intention is to reduce the ethical risks of children’s AI product design,resolve the ethical dilemmas of children’s AI product design,so as to better build the human-computer interaction relationship and make the way of embedding children’s AI products into families and society more harmonious and friendly.The research on the design ethics of children’s AI products is not only beneficial to the benign development of the children’s AI product industry,but also important for the moral development of children and the construction of social ethical concepts in the context of intelligence.
