The special-shaped pylon cable-stayed bridge breaks the single defect of the traditional straight pylon cable-stayed bridge structure,and is in harmony with nature,so it is favored by bridge designers and people.Due to the complex structure of the main tower,the requirement of cable strength is high,and the construction is difficult,so the number of special-shaped tower cable-stayed Bridges in the world is small.Based on the background of a steel main girder cable-stayed bridge with petal tower,the construction method and monitoring content of the bridge are proposed in this paper.By comparing and analyzing the finite element simulation data and the measured data of the cable-stayed bridge,the safety of the construction process of the bridge is ensured,and the optimization of the cable-stayed bridge at the bridge completion stage is carried out.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with the construction monitoring content of the special-shaped tower cable-stayed bridge in recent years and the characteristics of the petal-tower steel main girder cable-stayed bridge,based on the bridge design drawings and bridge design specifications,the corresponding construction scheme,construction method and monitoring content of the petal-tower steel main girder cable-stayed bridge are proposed.It provides reference for the parameter selection of subsequent finite element simulation,and defines the allowable deviation limit of finite element analysis,measured and simulated comparative analysis.(2)"Dr.Bridge" and "Midas Civil" were used to simulate the finite element construction phase of the bridge.It can be seen from the calculation results that the two kinds of finite element model data meet the requirements of construction monitoring,indicating that the two kinds of software can reflect the construction state of cable-stayed bridge well.In this paper,with "Dr.Bridge" as the main analysis software,combined with the design drawings,the stress,displacement and precamber of the main girder of the steel main girder cable-stayed bridge of the petal tower are obtained.And the safety of the model is checked to ensure that the theoretical model of the cable-stayed bridge meets the requirements of the specification before construction.(3)In the process of bridge construction,the stress,displacement,cable force value of stay cable and temperature field of steel main beam of the bridge structure are measured and collected.The measured data are processed,and the causes of errors are explored by comparing with the finite element model established earlier.The measured temperature of the steel main beam and the adjusted parameters are substituted into the "Dr.Bridge" for safety check calculation,so that the theoretical model is more in line with the actual state.The control theory model and the measured error are within the design tolerance,and the optimized model is used to adjust the next construction stage,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the cable-stayed bridge in the completion stage.
