Research On The Life Cycle Management Of Assets In J Provincial Measuring Center

Nowadays,domestic power development strategy is constantly changing,and fixed asset management methods of power grid companies have also changed.Traditional asset management methods can no longer adapt to the intelligent development today.As an important industry that affects people’s lives and social stability,J Provincial Measuring Center has a large number of assets,which have many drawbacks in daily use,operation and maintenance,and cost management,which seriously hinder the development of enterprise intensive,lean and standardized transformation.Since the decision of National Power Grid to transform and develop,assets life cycle management has been widely used in the power grid industry.In recent years,some advanced foreign power grid companies have applied the theory of life cycle management to the management of fixed assets and achieved excellent results.In order to respond to the call for the transformation of National Power Grid asset management to intensification,lean and standardization,and to solve the problems of backward management methods,low management efficiency,large workload,and high cost in the asset management of the J Provincial Measuring Center,this article attempts to optimize the asset management of the J Provincial Measuring Center through the way of life cycle management.This paper used field surveys and questionnaires to collect employees’ actual evaluations and reasonable suggestions for the life cycle management of energy measuring assets,and find out the main problems in the life cycle management of energy measuring assets including four aspects:construction of the life cycle management system,life cycle management processes,measuring technology levels,and information system support.In response to the above four issues,combined with the concept of life cycle management and the experience and enlightenment of the fixed assets life cycle management in foreign power companies,four optimized measures were proposed to improve the construction of the life cycle management system,optimize the life cycle management process,improve the level of measuring technology,and upgrading the asset management information system.Finally,in order to ensure the optimization plan can be executed efficiently all the time,this paper formulated safeguard measures such as personnel guarantee,control guarantee,information guarantee,and dynamic improvement based on the 8 S management tool,which provided a guarantee for the implementation of the optimization plan.This paper improved the main problems existing in the asset life cycle management of J Provincial Measuring Center,which could not only greatly reduce the cost of asset management,but also effectively improved the efficiency of asset management.In addition,this paper applied the theory of life cycle management to the field of measuring assets management,and also provided a certain guiding significance for the assets management of other power grid companies.
