Design Study On Neighborhood Transformation Of Luoyang Jianxi Industrial Heritage Historic Landscape Area

With the accelerated urbanization,many industrial heritage settlements in China are facing the need for conservation and renewal-the aging population,the lack of living facilities and the lack of cultural self-confidence of the residents are highlighted,and the original industrial heritage settlements can no longer meet the needs of modern life.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the spatial environment transformation measures of the industrial heritage residential areas under the principle of adaptive reuse of industrial heritage,and to explore the feasible ways of transformation of the industrial heritage residential areas in Jianxi,Luoyang,in terms of the diverse mix of functions and organic renewal of the residential areas,the positive transformation and utilization of its internal and peripheral spaces,and the protection and renewal of residential buildings.To explore the feasible ways to update and renovate the industrial heritage neighborhoods in Jianxi,Luoyang.It explores the preservation of important Soviet-style residential buildings in the historical period,maintains the overall historical appearance of Jianxi Industrial Zone,and improves the environmental quality of the settlement.Based on the summary and comparison of the models and experiences of renewal and functional regeneration of old industrial settlements at home and abroad,we propose specific renovation measures and design solutions for the No.11 neighborhood in Jianxi,Luoyang,as an example,hoping to bring it back to life.
