Abstract/Summary:
Reinforced concrete structures are prone to damage during earthquakes,as the material properties of the columns decrease over time with use.This leads to a decrease in the load-bearing capacity of the structure.Therefore,it is necessary to reinforce these types of reinforced concrete columns to improve their seismic performance.Polyurethane cement composite material is a polymer concrete material with cement as the filler and polyurethane as the matrix.It has the advantages of high strength,high bonding,and good toughness.This study is based on the "Analysis of Seismic Performance of Pre-stressed Steel Wire Rope-Polyurethane Cement Composite Material Reinforced RC Columns" funded by the Basic Research Fund of China Earthquake Administration Institute of Engineering Mechanics.Pre-stressed steel wire rope and polyurethane cement composite materials are used to reinforce the reinforced concrete columns,and the impact on seismic performance is analyzed through finite element simulation using ABAQUS.The main contents are as follows:(1)Mechanical properties of selected polyurethane cement composite materials are tested to verify their compressive,flexural strength,and bonding properties,and a stress-strain curve equation is obtained through data fitting.(2)ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,ductility,and energy dissipation of reinforced concrete columns under vertical axial pressure and horizontal low-cycle reciprocating loads for different reinforcement methods.The results show that both pre-stressed steel wire ropes and polyurethane cement composite materials can improve the seismic performance of columns,and the combination of the two has the best reinforcement effect,significantly improving the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the column.(3)The reinforced concrete column with the optimal reinforcement method is analyzed for different parameter influences,such as concrete strength,polyurethane cement composite material reinforcement thic...
