| Filter press is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment,which is widely used in industrial filtration.Through the research of domestic and foreign literature and the inspection of a biological company in Xi’an,it is found that the current traditional filter press monitoring system has problems such as imperfect alarm function and unstable temperature control.In this paper,we analyze the problems of the filter press monitoring system of a biological company in Xi’an and find out the solutions in detail,in order to provide reference for the traditional filter press monitoring system with similar problems.Firstly,the problems of the company’s filter press monitoring system were analyzed in detail and it was found that there were mainly problems such as unstable control of hydraulic oil temperature,inability to visualize oil level,pressure and status of filter press components,failure to display and adjust operating pressure and time in real time,and unclassified alarms,etc.The common parameters related to such problems were sorted out.Based on this,a control scheme was developed to solve the above problems,and a PLC and HMI were selected to form the monitoring system.The hardware equipment and sensors of the control scheme were determined,and the hardware wiring was designed according to the control scheme and the wiring principles of the electrical equipment,and the electrical schematic diagram and control wiring diagram of the monitoring system were drawn.The static and dynamic characteristics of the oil cooler were analyzed,and the amplification factor K and transfer function of the influence of cooling water in the cooler on the hydraulic oil outlet temperature were found out according to the dynamic characteristics,and the transfer function of the inverter pump and the transfer function of the temperature sensor were found out according to the actual selection,and the transfer function model of the oil tank heating was determined according to the oil tank heating process of the filter press,and a detailed control strategy was formulated.In order to verify the feasibility of the control strategy,the Simulink module in MATLAB is used to simulate the control effect of the heating and cooling process control strategy.The results show that the selected control strategy can accomplish the control target of hydraulic oil temperature with fast response time and short adjustment time,and the control scheme is feasible.According to the control scheme,the TIA Portal automation programming software is used to write the program for pressure parameter acquisition and display,the program for realizing the alarm function and the program for filter press oil temperature control,and the main screen,parameter display screen,component status monitoring screen,alarm function and the monitoring screen for classification were written on the HMI touch screen to realize the monitoring function of common parameters of the filter press.The simulation test shows that the monitoring function of common parameters can be realized. |
