| Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)is a new type of motor with the advantage of simple structure,excellent speed regulation performance,strong fault tolerance,wide speed regulation range and strong environmental adaptability.Thus,it is recognized as a milestone in the electrical systems.However,SRM speed regulation system needs to achieve credible speed regulation control according to the real-time position information of the rotor.The acquisition of rotor position information generally adopts position sensor,which not only increases the design cost and processing complexity of SRM,but also reduces the stability and reliability of the whole speed regulation system.Therefore,it has great significance to study the sensorless indirect detection and control of SRM without position sensor.First,this paper summarizes the research status of the indirect detection technology of SRM at home and abroad under static positioning,low speed and medium-high speed operation.And this paper introduces the basic structure,working principle,basic equations and mathematical model of SRM,and analyzes the main components of SRM speed control system and its basic control methods and characteristics.Secondly,this paper analyzes the basic principle and system structure of the traditional current gradient method.On this basis,this paper introduces the principle,control method and system structure of the proposed method.Then,this paper builds a nonlinear model of SRM through MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.Simulation analysis of SRM indirect detection method based on conventional current gradient method.The results shows that conventional current gradient is suitable for high speed.At the same time,the disadvantage of traditional method such as low detection accuracy and limited motor output torque during low speed operation have also been found.Aimed at these disadvantages,a new phase current waveform detection method under segment cut control is proposed.Before detecting the peak phase current,the phase current peak is determined by comparing the size of the phase current before and after to obtain the position pulse signal.After detecting the peak phase current,switch the control mode to current chopper control to fully utilize the DS bus voltage to obtain higher output torque.The position error and the output torque are comprised by simulation,which verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally,this paper introduces the software and hardware design scheme of SRM speed regulation system and lists he circuit diagram and physical diagram of the hardware system and the hardware system and the software flow chart of the software system.On this basis,the SRM speed regulation system experimental platform is built,and the three basic control methods,the traditional current gradient method,and the new current waveform detection method proposed in this paper are experimentally verified.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the methods studied in this paper. |
