| Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has the advantages of robust structure,low cost,strong speed regulation capability,various control modes and good fault tolerance,and has been widely used in many fields such as new energy vehicles,textile industry and aerospace.However,in the working process of SRM,the position sensor is needed to obtain the rotor position,which leads to the working performance of SRM in the environment such as high radiation,humidity,high temperature and dust.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technology of SRM without position sensor to broaden the application range of SRM and improve the operation performance.First of all,the characteristics of SRM and its development prospects were introduced,and the research status and achievements in the field of SRM without position sensor were classified and expounded.The basic principle of SRM and the basic equation were introduced,the mathematical model of SRM was deduced,and the linear,nonlinear and quasi-linear modeling methods were introduced.The three classic control strategies of current chopping control(CCC),angle position control(APC)and voltage chopping control(CVC)and their characteristics were discussed.Then,in order to obtain the full-period inductance,a method based on the difference of current slope was studied.In this method,CCC is used in the conduction zone,and high-frequency pulse signal is injected in the non-conduction zone.By calculating the difference between the rising and falling slopes of the current,the full-period inductance is obtained after filtering.The traditional full-period inductance-based non-position algorithm needs to measure the inductance value of the intersection points of the various phase inductance curves offline in order to construct the rotor position estimation model.Although the measurement is not complicated,this offline rotor position estimation model does not have the function of real-time adjustment.In order to improve the real-time response ability of rotor position estimation and avoid offline measurement,a dynamic estimation model should be established which can change with the inductance.Therefore,a control strategy of SRM without position sensor based on inductance vector was studied.On this basis,an in-depth study of the inductance vector method was carried out,and it was found that the traditional inductance vector method assumed that the phase inductance was sinusoidal,but it was found that the phase inductance waveform was not a standard sinusoidal in the actual simulation analysis.It was found that the problem was caused by ignoring the high-order harmonics of the motor during operation.Therefore,a estimation strategy based on standard inductance vector was proposed to solve the problem of high-order harmonics,and the effectiveness of the strategy was proved by simulation construction and analysis.Finally,an SRM experimental platform was established,and the principles of the main hardware and software were introduced.The control strategies proposed in this paper were experimentally verified,and the experimental results proved the feasibility of the proposed control strategies. |
