Design Of Courtyard Space Renewal Mode In Chongmudang Village,Longhui County Under The Guidance Of Courtyard Economy

In the context of rural revitalization,coordinating rural environmental improvement with promoting economic development is an inevitable requirement,and the concept of courtyard economy can play a dual guiding role in this process.How to coordinate the relationship between the needs of economic development and the spatial pattern of courtyards,and form a reasonable utilization model of rural courtyard space,has a practical promoting effect on promoting industrial integration,protecting traditional culture,improving living environment,and other aspects.Taking Chongmudang Village in Longhui County as the research object,this paper discusses the feasibility of courtyard economy for rural courtyard renewal and the development model of rural courtyard under the guidance of courtyard economy by using the methods of literature analysis,field research,discipline crossing,data analysis,space syntax,etc.Combined with theories related to courtyard economy and courtyard space,such as human settlements,microeconomics,organic renewal,etc.,and based on research and analysis,it is concluded that the courtyard space in Hunan has the development trend of functional diversification,specialization,environmental refinement,and strengthening of cultural atmosphere.The courtyard economy has the trend characteristics of intensification,type diversification,and industrial integration personalization.Rural courtyard economy can be divided into five types of development:courtyard planting,courtyard breeding,processing and production,leisure industry,and industrial integration.By analyzing the relationship between the development of courtyard economy and courtyard space,it was found that courtyard space guided by courtyard economy is more conducive to the overall layout,accuracy of functional positioning,profundity of cultural excavation,and effectiveness of landscape optimization.Through case analysis,it was found that courtyard economy can have a positive impact on courtyard space renewal by optimizing functional layout and positioning.From the perspective of influencing factors such as internal and external spatial elements,functional elements,and cultural elements,the relationship between courtyard economy and courtyard space was coordinated,and the update logic of the physical space of Chongmudang Village courtyard was analyzed.On the basis of summarizing the existing problems of the uneven quality of Chongmudang Village’s architecture,chaotic layout of courtyard space,serious idleness,and weakened cultural characteristics,fully considering the impact of courtyard economy on the selection of courtyard economy development mode in three aspects:economic income,population composition,production and lifestyle,from four aspects:functional layout,economic development space,cultural display space,and landscape structure optimization,Propose a strategy for updating the courtyard space of Chongmudang Village under the guidance of courtyard economy,and make practical guidance plans for five courtyards and estimate the economic benefits generated.Based on the reference case update of Chongmudang Village in Longhui County,five rural courtyard space renewal models guided by courtyard economy are summarized and summarized:courtyard planting type,courtyard breeding type,processing production type,leisure industry type,and industry integration type.Summarized the type characteristics of the five modes,including admission conditions,business format selection,etc.Three update strategies have been proposed,including functional optimization,style control,and infrastructure improvement.The courtyard economy renewal model proposed in this article focuses on the rural living environment while developing the rural economy,in order to provide reference and assistance for similar rural courtyard space renewal and rural construction in Hunan region.
