Inductive power transmission(IPT)technology has become one of the important research directions.It can effectively avoid the safety problems in the process of wire transmission,and use the magnetic field coupling principle to replace wired conduction through magnetic field relationship to achieve the purpose of non-contact charging.However,the traditional single launch single pick IPT system is limited by the capacity of switching devices.When high-power transmission,it will be difficult to work normally due to excessive stress.At the same time,the magnetic coupling transmission mechanism will not be practical because of its large area.Therefore,this paper proposes an IPT system with double launch and double pick-up structure,which adopts the transmission form of primary side parallel and secondary side parallel to improve the power transmission capacity.Firstly,based on the traditional single launch single pick-up planar circular coil,a parallel double launch double pick-up coil structure with close coupling on the same side and the same self inductance is designed,and its model is established and analyzed.In the working mode,the two inverters on the primary side are driven at the same time to realize the current sharing of the system.The system adopts SS compensation mode to compensate the coil self inductance of the coupling mechanism.Considering the mutual inductance relationship between the coils on the same side,the method of connecting additional compensation capacitance in series is adopted to eliminate the coil coupling,so that the system can fully reach the resonant state,the input impedance is pure resistance,and improve the power factor and system efficiency.In addition,referring to the single launch and single pick IPT system,this paper compares and analyzes the dual launch and dual pick IPT system from the aspects of power transmission,system efficiency and switching stress.Because the primary and secondary sides of the magnetic coupling coil structure are symmetrical and unified,the corresponding parameters are equal,and the mutual inductance parameters are consistent,the parallel system model can be simplified to a single transmission structure.The extended description function(EDF)method is used to model the whole system,and a voltage closed-loop control system based on secondary side feedback is designed.According to the existing experimental parameters,the correctness of the closed-loop control is verified by simulation.Finally,the power electronic switching devices,compensation capacitors and other important devices are selected,the system hardware circuit is designed,and a hardware experimental platform with an actual output of 1kW is built.At the same time,according to the closed-loop control scheme,the control program based on arm series controller is designed.Combined with the simulation and experimental output results,the rationality of the system topology and magnetic coupling mechanism design,the feasibility of the system compensation scheme and the effectiveness of the closed-loop control system are verified.
