Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Building Management System

During the development of artificial intelligence,many mature algorithms have been produced in the academic circles,and enterprises have also explored the business models of these algorithms.Most views believe that algorithms need to be combined with different industry scenarios to play a greater value.The park scenario is one of the many algorithms.Under the policy guidance of the National Smart City and smart Park,the intellectualization of buildings as the basic unit of the park is an important part of the national intellectualization process.How to make good use of the existing hardware and software equipment and emerging intelligent technology to improve building safety,improve management and improve efficiency is the future development trend.The intelligent building management system adopts a combination of software and hardware,connects smart devices into the system,uses software for management,uses algorithms to deeply analyze the detected people,vehicles and objects,identifies abnormal situations and pushes alarm information for administrators,reduces the workload of administrators,and enhances building security.According to the building usage scenarios and the work content of the administrator,the intelligent building management system is divided into five modules:equipment management module,task configuration module,recording module,live module and visitor management.Administrators can configure the equipment in the building for different tasks,and the information system will automatically send warnings if there is a hazard.The administrator can view the monitoring status in real time in the live module and handle the alarm message in a timely manner.Alarm messages for all tasks are saved in the recording module,which allows users to view records repeatedly for analysis,while administrators can also manage building visitors in the visitor module.After demand analysis,detailed design and test,the intelligent building management system has achieved good expected functions and smooth system operation,which can achieve the purpose of improving building management efficiency.Smart building is an important direction for China’s intelligent development.Later,the country’s intelligent development will be combined with more industries,go deep into different fields,and then maximize the role of artificial intelligence,reduce the workload of employees,improve the work efficiency of all walks of life,and increase people’s sense of Science and technology and happiness.
