China’s private small and medium-sized enterprises,as the most important and active part in the process of national economic growth and development.company XLA is one of private enterprises.With its flexible operating system and low operating cost,it dares to compete with different types of enterprises in market,and has laid a preliminary foundation for stable development.However,with the gradual expansion of the scale of the enterprise,the enterprise began to make a five-year strategic plan for medium and long-term development,but it was not successful,which become a challenge of the company.Company XLA need direction on long-term development strategy.Therefore,in analyzing the five-year strategic plan of company XLA,the author found two reasons: the first is the lack of identification of the external market environment of company XLA,and the second is the lack of analysis of company’s internal environment.Start from the current company XLA situation,analyzes and determines the market opportunities faced by company XLA.The analysist and conclusions are as follows:First,external environment analysist.Base on global agreements on environmental protection and sustainability,the energy passenger cars grows very fast,it has led to a shrinking market for traditional fuel vehicles.At same time China’s commercial vehicle market continues to upgrade,it is still in the upward period of development,still a great opportunity in the commercial vehicle parts market.Therefore,the external environment has formed a conclusion: it is imperative to increase investment in the commercial vehicle market and gradually increase the sales share of the commercial vehicle market.Second,the analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise,summarized,sorted out,combined with XLA’s own characteristics,analysis by use SWOT tool.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of the QSPM tool,the overall strategy of the company to maintain the passenger car market,enter into the commercial vehicle market,actively develop overseas markets,and expand export sales is clarified.China’s new energy passenger car market grows rapidly,the automobile industry environment changes dramatically,this paper uses PEST tools to analyze the current stage of China’s automotive industry environment,which has reference significance for auto parts peers.In the use of SWOT and QSPM tools for the operation status of company XLA,the analysis summarizes that the strategic direction of the development of company XLA’s components business is to enter the commercial vehicle parts market and open up the international market,which has certain reference value for similar enterprises in the existing auto parts industry in analyzing and formulating corporate development strategies.
