Research On Performance Evaluation Of J Photovoltaic Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

To construct green and low carbon energy structure is an important way for China to implement the development strategy of "carbon reaching standard and peak".Under the call of "double carbon" and the role of government subsidies,the new energy industry ushered in a booming development.Therefore,the healthy development of PV companies plays a crucial role in achieving the "double carbon" goal.For this,this article selects a J solar pv company,through field investigation,data access,analyzes the problems existing in the current performance evaluation system,and to further improve,can expect to a certain extent,promote the corporate strategic objectives,and engaged in solar photovoltaic power generation and new energy industry related businesses,provide a new idea of the performance evaluation.This article first introduced the domestic and foreign research literature about the balanced scorecard,talks about the merits of the balanced scorecard,enumerate J photovoltaic shortcomings of the current performance evaluation system of the company,combined with their own characteristics and industry characteristics,design the balanced scorecard performance evaluation index of the four dimensions,construct a new system of performance evaluation.This article chose 30 solar photovoltaic plates,Shanghai and shenzhen stock market listed companies,using the method of neural network,the indicators of 30 listed companies to collect data,and build a neural network model,measure J photovoltaic company the weight of each index,and it is concluded that the company deviation rate of each index score between the model and analysis of the use of performance evaluation of the results,It is clear that the performance evaluation system based on BSC can improve the competitiveness of the company,conform to the development status of J photovoltaic company,and provide certain reference for the sustainable development of other photovoltaic enterprises.Domestic research on the performance evaluation system of balanced scorecard tends to be grand in perspective and financial indicators,which leads to the lack of reference and operability in the operation details of new energy enterprises.In addition to the financial indicators,this paper accurately designed a series of indicators in line with the operation of enterprises.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for enterprises in the photovoltaic industry and even the whole new energy industry,how to deal with the external constraints and incentives under the environment driven by "double carbon",so as to achieve their own sustainable development.
