| As a carrier to improve the quality of life of the elderly,nursing beds have broad application prospects in the medical and elderly care service industry.Through the research on the development status of nursing beds,it is found that the current nursing beds on the market generally have some problems such as lack of nursing functions,high prices,and low level of intelligence,which can not well meet the nursing needs of the bedridden elderly.In this thesis,in order to solve the above problems,a design scheme of integrated nursing bed with compound bed and chair is proposed,and the principles of mechanical design and ergonomics is used to study the nursing bed.In this thesis,by analyzing the nursing needs of the bedridden elderly,it is determined that the nursing bed should have the functions of adjusting the lying posture,separating the bed and chair,dealing with the defecation,avoiding obstacles and so on.According to the theory of Ergonomics and the national design standard,determine the parameters of the nursing bed,design the configuration of each functional mechanism,and complete the overall structure and control system design of the nursing bed.At the same time,use Solid Works software to establish a three-dimensional model of the nursing bed,analyze the motion law of each component,and carry out motion simulation to verify the validity of the model,use ANSYS software to carry out finite element analysis on the nursing bed frame,wheelchair chassis support frame and wheelchair bed surface,to verify the rationality and stability of the scheme.Through the modular design concept,STM32103ZET6 microcontroller is selected as the core of the control system of the nursing bed,and the control system of the nursing bed is divided into the main control module,bed body parts,wheelchair parts and toilet parts.The man-machine interaction method of the bed body key control and wheelchair joystick is adopted to complete the hardware and software design of the control system of the nursing bed.Three ultrasonic ranging modules are adopted to judge the distance of obstacles in the driving environment,and 56 fuzzy obstacle avoidance rules are formulated to realize the autonomous obstacle avoidance of the wheelchair components of the nursing bed.By controlling the water pump and sensor input module,the system realizes the sewage flushing of the toilet,and the sound alarm indicates that the liquid level of the water bucket and the sewage bucket is abnormal enough to ensure the normal defecation of the bedridden elderly.Finally,the functional modules of the control system of the nursing bed were tested.The system can realize the corresponding functions of the nursing bed through the control of keys and joysticks,and realize the independent safety obstacle-avoiding function of the nursing bed wheelchair based on the Fuzzy Controller in the MATLAB Toolbox.The sound alarm module was used to test the alarm function of abnormal liquid level.The sound alarm module is stable and feedback is timely.The results show that the nursing bed designed in this thesis can not only widen the living space of the bedridden elderly,but also satisfy the nursing needs of the bedridden elderly,and the effect of wheelchair autonomous obstacle avoidance is good,providing a variety of lifestyles for the elderly and improving their quality of life. |
