Although China’s e-commerce started relatively late,with the increasing maturity of Internet technology and the continuous and large-scale growth of Internet users,China’s e-commerce is booming.At the same time,the vigorous development of ecommerce has led to the rapid growth of the number of express delivery.China’s logistics industry has begun to change from rapid development to high-quality development stage,and the transportation cost still accounts for more than half of the total logistics cost.Moreover,there are some problems in large cargo logistics,such as low loading rate,cumbersome transportation mode,time window constraints,high train number and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the dispatch of workers,personnel and goods,so as to promote the route optimization,which is urgent for the optimization of transportation and distribution links.Therefore,this paper has important practical significance.In this context,s Logistics Group’s large logistics will optimize the pre dispatch and distribution links.This paper takes the actual business scenario of s logistics group as an example to study the logistics distribution optimization.Firstly,this paper introduces the research theoretical basis of logistics related concepts and the definition,description and optimization objectives of logistics distribution problems.Secondly,aiming at the problem of urban logistics distribution path planning,this paper introduces the operation of s logistics group,and analyzes the large logistics business in detail.It is analyzed that the distribution path of s Logistics Group has some problems,such as low loading rate,cumbersome transportation mode,time window constraints,high train number,unstable commodity supply and so on.The manual dispatch mode of s logistics group is inefficient,inaccurate and unreasonable.For this pre dispatch link,this paper carries out modeling and simulation,takes the shortest distance as the objective function,and sets constraints according to the actual business scenario.The final simulation results obtained by the saving algorithm are 23.3%better than the manual dispatch scheme,which proves that the optimization scheme in this paper is feasible and has certain advantages,and proves the superiority and feasibility of the optimization scheme.This scheme greatly improves the specialization,intelligence and standardization of logistics distribution.Finally,it discusses the shortcomings and looks forward to the future development of logistics industry.The research of this paper can provide a reference for s logistics group to optimize the distribution path of urban heavy goods logistics.
