The research of new efficient and environmentally friendly heating systems is critical to the unsolved problem of excessive energy consumption, pollution, and low efficiency associated with traditional heating technologies. The performance of solar air source coupled heat pump system was analyzed and optimized using theoretical analysis, experimental test, and numerical simulation. The thermodynamic model was built and theoretically studied based on the principle of solar air source coupled heat pump system. The COP grows as the irradiance increases, the evaporation temperature increases and the condensation temperature decreases.Experimental test shows that when compared with the traditional air source pump system, the average COP coupled heat pump system rises by increases about 13.8% and the power consumption decreases by about 8.7%,the heating temperature of the water tank is set at 45~50 °C.The system simulation model was built, the simulation result shows that the solar collector has less heat supply in January of the heating season, but it can still make the coupling system run normally through heating supplement;compared with the traditional air source heat pump system, the energy consumption of coupled heat pump system is decreased by about 17.4%,and the energy-saving effect is impressive. The performance of coupled heat pump is optimal when the heating proportion of the collector/heat pump is 0.65/0.35,with the simulated COP of 4.53 and the measured COP of 4.46;the errors in experimental and simulated values are investigated and compared, all of the measured and the simulated results are within a reasonable range. The exergy analysis shows that the exergy loss of the evaporator and the collector is the largest. After optimizing parameters, the general expenses are cut by about 20.9%.Through structural optimization, the comprehensive efficiency of the system is improved.Figure 54;Table 7;Reference 78...
