With the successful holding of the Winter Olympics in February 2022,the development of ice sports in China has opened a new page.The CO2ice rink was gradually rising,and was of great significance.Through simulation and programming calculation,the flow in evaporation pipe under different loads,diameters and spacing was studied,and the refrigeration with surface area of 4 square meters was designed.Through the heat transfer simulation of the ice rink of the concrete surface,the effects of loads,diameters on the average temperature in the pipe were explored.The results show that the average temperature decreases with the increasing load;It becomes bigger with the increasing diameters;The temperature in pipe decreases with the increasing spacing.When it varies 20 to 90mm,the temperature decreases by 1.86~2.99℃in winter,2.38~3.77℃in middle season and 2.95~4.72℃in summer.According to the average temperature,two pressure drop models are used to calculate a single pipe,and check with the experimental data.The model explored the effects of pipe diameters and layout spacing on the pressure drop of different pipe lengths and the temperature in the pipe.The results show that pressure decreases with the pipe diameter,while it increases with the increasing spacing.When the spacing increases from20 to 90 mm,the pressure increases by 0.27~1053.13k Pa.In order to reduce the pressure drop and temperature,the diameter can be increased and the spacing can be reduced.The system was designed,and the components such as compressor,gas cooler and some auxiliary equipment were calculated.The best compressor is selected.The research shows that when the diameter increases from 2 mm to 8 mm,the maximum heat exchange area is 0.95m2and the maximum length of is 114.81m to the gas cooler.The study can provide some reference for the layout of CO2direct evaporation ice field.It also provides a new idea for the design and optimization of ice rink.Figure 46;Table 18;Reference 69...
