| In 2020,the COVID-19 outbreak significantly increased the risk of project implementation.In addition,in recent years,the process of modern construction projects in China has become more complex,the number of large-scale projects has increased,and the division of specialization has become more obvious,as well as the active implementation of EPC mode,BIM technology and the application of prefabricated assembly construction technology,the risk factors of construction projects have also changed significantly.The existing risk management research results can not be applied to the current situation of the construction industry.This paper gives full consideration to the risk of construction project implementation in the “New Period”,and sets up five research objectives,including(1)Identify the key risk factors of construction project implementation in China in the new period from the perspective of the whole life cycle and different parties;(2)Establish the risk factor index system for the implementation of Chinese construction projects in the new period;(3)Explore the cognitive differences between different parties on project implementation risks;(4)Evaluate the risk level of Chinese construction projects in the new period;(5)Put forward coping strategies for the implementation risks of construction projects in China in the new period.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the status quo of the implementation risk of construction projects in China in the new period,summarizes the research status of risk management of construction projects at home and abroad,puts forward the research objectives and significance of this paper,and determines the research method and technical route of this paper.The second chapter is about the basic theory of construction project risk management,introduces the risk and the connotation of risk management,summarizes the basic content of the whole life cycle of construction project,and identifies the risk factors based on different parties.The third chapter is the empirical research process of construction project implementation risk,introducing the basic process of questionnaire survey and interview.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis results of project implementation risk.Using SPSS23.0 software by statistically analyzing the questionnaire,using the measure function and risk matrix method to determine the risk level of the project,to identify the project implementation of the key risk factors and improve the index system,to explore the cognitive differences between different parties on construction project risk.Using the interviews to interact to verify and supplement the results of the questionnaire survey.The fifth chapter constructs the project implementation risk evaluation model,uses the entropy weight method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project risk level.The sixth chapter is the implementation risk response strategy of construction projects.Based on the above research results,from the perspective of parties,the implementation risk response strategy of construction projects in China in the new period is proposed.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the conclusion of this paper and the shortcomings of the existing research,and puts forward the research prospect.A total of 497 questionnaires were collected in this study,475 of which were valid.Based on literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,the following main conclusions were drawn:(1)In the process of construction projects implementation,12 key risk factors are identified from the perspective of the whole life cycle and parties.The results show that the key risk factors involve 4 categories of parties and different stages of the project,among which the contractor and the construction stage are the most important.(2)Parties have significant differences in the cognition of the impact degree and probability of three implementation risks: “Project funding problems”,“Negative impact of epidemic on the implementation of the project” and “Price inflation of construction materials”.In addition,parties have significant differences in cognition of the impact degree of “Insufficient design capability of the design unit”,and significant differences in cognition of the probability of “Construction quality problems”and “Bad weather”.(3)The overall evaluation value of Chinese project implementation risk in the new period is medium high(10.555),among which the risk related to subcontractors is the highest(12.448),and the risk level is high;The second is the owner(11.337)and contractor(10.802),the risk level is medium high;The government has the lowest risk rating(7.989),and the risk level is medium low.(4)Based on seven first-level indicators,this paper put forward the implementation risk response strategy of Chinese construction projects in the new period.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for Chinese parties to carry out risk management more effectively based on the whole process of project implementation in the new period. |
