Research On Automotive Switch Project Cost Management Optimization Of B Company

As a Hong Kong enterprise engaged in the research,development and manufacturing of automobile switch products,B company has the supplying experience and excellent quality performance for high-end foreign automobile brands.However,the overall scale is at the lower level only in automobile switch industry due to late entrance into the mainland market.The management mode is more traditional or even backward.There are many problems in project management,especially in project cost management,which greatly affect the project itself and the company’s income.This thesis provides the corresponding optimization research and implementation for the problems in the project cost management of B company.Through two rounds of interviews and surveys,three project level and two product level issues were sorted out.Specifically,there are five problems: The development and design of optical parts in the project R & D cost is seriously scrapped.The expenditure of spot purchase and expedited expenses in the project procurement cost is frequent.The cost required for team management reform in the project human cost is high.The unit price of product D in the project material cost is seriously negative profit.The unit price cost of product E in the project production cost is high and the profit is low.The problems cover five aspects: Project R & D cost.Project procurement and material ordering cost.Project human resource team management cost.Project product material cost and Project product production cost.Then it analyzes the five corresponding reasons: The high cost due to the lack of scientific effective evaluation and decision make on R & D investment.The relatively backward ordering methods of raw materials and parts.The contradiction between organizational structure adjustment and human cost.The low price strategy with the global material shortage and material price rise.The unreasonable process flow allocation.It would correspondingly use Decision tree model,Pareto analysis method,Economic order batch method,Nine-cell model,Value engineering and value analysis methods to put forward the optimization schemes.According to the optimization scheme obtained from the research,the corresponding implementation is done as well as objective evaluation of the comparison before and after the project cost management optimization is implemented.
