Spatial linkage mechanism can achieve the complex spatial motion that plane linkage mechanism is hard to achieve.As a typical spatial linkage mechanism,spherical four-bar mechanism is widely used in mechanical design.With the purpose of alleviating the disadvantages of dimensional synthesis methods of spherical four-bar mechanism,a new algebraic approach is established.The main research contents are as follows:1)An algebraic approach for multipoint function synthesis of spherical four-bar mechanism is established.The relationship between the design parameters of the mechanism and the harmonic parameters of the output rotation-angle function is obtained.A function synthesis design equation is established,and the design parameters of the mechanism are obtained by solving the equation.2)An algebraic approach for multipoint path synthesis of spherical four-bar mechanism is established.By analyzing the relationship between the expressions of path projection generated by the spherical four-bar mechanism,the function between the harmonic parameters of path and the design parameters of left dyad is obtained.On this basis,the synthesis design equation is established in two steps,and the design parameters of the mechanism are obtained by solving these equations.3)An algebraic approach for rigid-body guidance synthesis with more coupler poses of spherical four-bar mechanism is established.The synthesis design equation including the harmonic parameters of rigid-body position and angle is established.Then,the synthesis design equation including the harmonic parameters of connecting rod rotation angle is established.The design parameters are obtained by solving these equations.The new algebraic approach not only overcomes the deficiency of original algebraic approach,but also avoids establishing atlas database and providing optimized initial value.Fast calculation speed,high solution accuracy,good solution diversity and being easily programmed are the advantages of this approach.Figure 34;Table 12;Reference 50...
