| Trajectory based on operation is to solve the problem restricting the development of air traffic control.The four-dimensional trajectory management with trajectory planning realizes the refinement and coordination management.For the aircraft in different airspace,planning the time of passing the key waypoints,and providing a scheme for realizing the capacity and flow balance and maximizing benefits.The concepts and trajectory management process of TBO model as well as its improvement were summarized.The time attribute of the four-dimensional trajectory in TBO model and its application significance were analyzed.For the aircraft in sector,according to the radar control rules and airspace characteristics,the flight trajectory planning model was established to minimize the delay time and fuel consumption,which met the control requirements.Based on the computational advantage and the role of guiding evolution,the NSGA-II was improved by the dual-chromosome with prior knowledge.For the landing aircraft in terminal area,the control rules were analyzed.Aiming at the highest utilization of capacity and the shortest time adjustment,a trajectory planning model was established,which met all control requirements and demands.Based on the search ability and the traversal ability,the SSA based on tent chaos was adopted to improve GA which improved the efficiency of evolution.Taking Sector 05 of Beijing and Terminal area of Beijing as the target airspace,the model was verified.The results show that,compared with the actual control,the delay time of in different airspace is reduced by 48% and 89.5%,and it has applicability and stability.Compared with other algorithms,the optimization effect is improved by 16.95%and 19.53%,and the computational efficiency is improved by 15.57% and 14.61%,showing its obvious advantages.This model can obtain the trajectory planning strategy in a short time to ensure flight safety and realize efficient utilization of resources.Figure 33;Table 11;Reference 51... |
