Wind is an inexhaustible energy source with huge reserves in the atmosphere.Now is the era of highly protected resources.Wind power protects the environment and saves energy.The scale of new energy power generation is growing.However,due to the randomness of wind,wind power cannot be directly integrated into the grid.In order to smooth the fluctuation of output power,a hybrid energy storage system is installed on the side of the wind farm,and the fluctuation is effectively reduced.First,various types of energy storage are analyzed,and a grid-connected structure is constructed.It is proved that the hybrid energy storage system can complement each other,It can stabilize wind power and prolong the life of hybrid energy storage.Secondly,Then,under the premise of meeting the grid connection standards,the output power is decomposed by an adaptive moving average.Grid-connected power and hybrid energy storage require smoothed power to be obtained.The hybrid energy storage power is decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet packet.Based on the working characteristics of the hybrid energy storage,the high and low frequency powers are respectively stabilized by the supercapacitor lithium iron phosphate battery.Then,according to the state of charge and variation of the supercapacitor,a fuzzy controller is designed to optimize the power distribution signal and configure the energy storage capacity.The state of charge of the supercapacitor remains within the normal operating range.Theoretical analysis and example simulation show that the adaptive moving average and wavelet packet co-decomposition algorithm can adaptively decompose the output power of wind farms in different scenarios.The two-level power distribution method ensures that the internal power distribution of the hybrid energy storage is reasonable,and the state of charge of the hybrid energy storage is stable in the normal working range.It not only makes the hybrid energy storage system last longer,but also plays a vital role in smoothing the output power fluctuation of the wind farm.Figure 43;Table 8;Reference 58...
