Underwater glider,with the advantages of long endurance,high durability,low power consumption and low cost,is widely used in the field of ocean monitoring and exploration.The reliability of the vehicle and the quality of data collected by sensors onboard are important indicators to evaluate its application effect.However,in the adaptive design and application of underwater gliders,the electromagnetic interference generated by the internal electrical components may cause failure of the sensors to operate normally or degrade the quality of data collected by the mission sensors.Therefore,this paper studies the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problem of underwater glider,conducts theoretical research,simulation analysis and experimental verification on the sub-modules of underwater glider,explores the root cause of the phenomenon,puts forward the EMC improvement scheme of underwater glider,and finally verifies the improvement effect through simulation and experiment.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The EMC analysis of underwater glider is carried out based on the combination of EMC theory and the working principles of underwater gliders.The underwater glider is divided into different modules according to their functions,and the EMC of each module is analyzed and tested to obtain the EMI parameters of each module.(2)Based on the electromagnetic interference parameters of each module,the interference propagation path was analyzed,the interference source was located,and the internal motor drive system and the power conversion module of the underwater glider were determined as the main electromagnetic interference source.(3)Establish the model of motor drive system of the underwater glider,and adopt the transmission line matrix method to model and simulate the electromagnetic compatibility of the underwater glider,and analyze the influence of the motor drive system and internal cables on the electromagnetic interference of the underwater glider.(4)Through the combination of electromagnetic compatibility suppression methods and theoretical knowledge,the EMI of underwater glider is suppressed by designing EMI filter,optimizing control system power modules,and improving control strategies.Finally,the effectiveness of the inhibition method is verified by experiments.
