The indoor tide return phenomenon that occurs during the "return to the south day" and the rainy season has caused serious troubles to the production and life of people in rural areas of Jingzhou.In this paper,through on-site investigation,we can understand the current situation of indoor moisture return condensation in rural houses in Jingzhou,conduct enthalpy and wet analysis of indoor moisture return condensation,simulate and analyze the main influencing factors,and theoretically calculate and numerically simulate the effect of the main habitual moisture return condensation control measures of local farmhouses such as window ventilation and sprinkling quicklime.through on-site investigation and actual measurement,the basic status quo of indoor moisture return condensation in rural residential buildings in Jingzhou was understood.From the selected typical farmhouse site,it is understood that in addition to climatic and geographical factors,the ground,wall structure,materials,and ventilation are the main influencing factors of the re-moisture condensation of the farmhouse,cement,tile floor compared with the raw land surface,cement,tile wall surface than whitewash,rough wall,condensation condensation is more serious,and the tile floor,wall surface than cement floor,wall moisture condensation is more serious,quicklime moisture absorption and window ventilation is the customary moisture control measures of the local farmhouse during the tide return period.The enthalpy moisture analysis method was used to thermodynamiccally analyze the moisture return condensation,and the main influencing factors were analyzed,including external factors such as climate and geography,architectural factors such as the form and material of the envelope structure,and operational management factors such as ventilation and dehumidification.taking a typical one-story farmhouse in Jingzhou as the research object,according to the indoor and outdoor measurement parameters under typical meteorological conditions,the amount and cost of quicklime needed for moisture-proof dehumidification were calculated,and the calculation showed that based on local resource conditions,it is feasible to adopt quicklime moisture-proof dehumidification in the main living space such as the farmhouse bedroom.Taking a typical one-story farmhouse in Jingzhou as the research object,according to the indoor and outdoor measured parameters under typical meteorological conditions,the humidity field change of the bedroom under different ventilation and ventilation times was simulated by CFD software,and it was concluded that habitual practices such as ventilation and ventilation may lead to further deterioration of the indoor humidity environment,and controlling window ventilation and mechanical dehumidification is a more reasonable choice.Using the mixed air state ratio enthalpy and moisture content calculation formula,calculate the dew point temperature of the mixing point of the bedroom,living room and bathroom under different ventilation times,and conclude that in the same period,with the increase of indoor ventilation and ventilation times,the mixed point dew point temperature gradually approaches the outdoor air dew point temperature,due to the large inertness of the wall heat,the indoor wall moisture return is becoming more and more serious without considering the influence of outdoor radiation heat transfer.Residents should close their windows at this time,combined with local resources,and use dehumidification methods such as quicklime moisture absorption.
