Electric energy plays an increasingly important role in China’s terminal energy consumption structure.The development of power generation companies has a direct reflection and important influence on the stable supply of electric energy in China.However,it is of great importance to power generation enterprises how to better play the subjective initiative of employees,how to better motivate employees,so as to improve the core competitiveness and cohesion of power generation companies.Taking power generation enterprise A as an example,the incentive strategy implemented by the enterprise is analyzed and optimized.In order to understand the problem of incentive strategy in power generation enterprise A,data collection,summary and analysis of grass-roots employees were conducted by means of grass-roots employees’ questionnaires and interviews with some employees.The analysis results show that there are some problems in enterprises A,such as The staff salary system needs to be improved,staff training assessment needs to be optimized,staff promotion channels are not complete and the company’s cultural identity is not strong and other management problems.These problems affect the work enthusiasm and job satisfaction of grass-roots employees,make employees have a negative attitude towards the development of enterprise and individuals,and moreover are not conducive to the sustained and healthy development of enterprises and grass-roots employees.In view of the actual problems existing in enterprise A,according to the theories and research results of incentive strategy at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of enterprise A and the present situation of human resource management,it is found that the factors causing the problems are: The flexibility of employee compensation system is not strong,the training and assessment of employees is not scientific,the lack of scientific career planning and the construction of company culture is not enough.In view of the problems and difficulties existing in the incentive policy of grass-roots employees in enterprise A,combined with the actual situation of enterprise A,this paper put forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the demand for employees,establishing multi-level incentive method,perfecting the communication and feedback channels of employees,pay more attention to the needs of employees,optimize the content of salary incentive for employees,improve the training and assessment system for employees,expand the promotion channels for employees,improve the communication and feedback channels for employees,and strengthen the incentive strategy suggestions for the construction of corporate culture.This research will help enterprise A to improve the system and mechanism of human resource management,optimize the current incentive strategy of enterprise A,improve the incentive effect for grass-roots employees,mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of grass-roots employees,realize the virtuous circle of company management cost,improve the professional level of human resource management in enterprises A to a certain extent,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise A.
