Research On The Control Scheme Of Dual Water Supply In Linquan County Support Of Diversion Of Water From The Yangtze River To The Huaihe River

Groundwater water resources in Linquan County are relatively scarce,and surface water quality is poor.For a long time,the main water supply source of the county is deep confined water,and the imbalance of groundwater mining and replenishment is increasingly prominent.Excessive exploitation of confined water has induced some adverse effects.In 2022,“Yin Jiang Ji Huai”project will be the Yangtze river water to fuyang city,regional water resource conditions change,and linquan county agricultural irrigation water accounts for 58%of total water use,water diversion works cannot guarantee agricultural irrigation water demand,groundwater development and utilization scheme should be changed,in order to meet the water safety and water resources management as the goal,to water of linquan,Leverage the advantages of different water sources.Collect long series of groundwater level and groundwater quality data of the region,evaluate groundwater quality and water quantity of different layers respectively,analyze the development and utilization potential of regional water resources,and put forward water supply schemes by quality.Based on the groundwater flow numerical simulation model,the dynamic change of groundwater flow field adjusted by mining plan in 10 years is predicted,and the effect of water supply scheme by different quality is predicted and evaluated,and the water supply scheme by different quality is put forward.The results show that:(1)Reserve calculation shows that,except for especially dry years,the regional diving water level will decrease significantly in irrigation season,but with the replenishment effect of rainfall infiltration,the diving water level can be replenished and adjusted,and the maximum diving mining reserves can reach 522 million m~3;Due to poor recharge conditions,48 million m~3of confined water can be safely mined for long-term mining.The results of water quality evaluation show that the water quality of phreatic area can be used as agricultural water source and drinking water source for residents except for a small part of areas with higher sodium ion.The quality of confined water barely exceeds the drinking water limit.(2)Under the current condition of linquan County,the diving level can be kept stable and the static reserves will not be used,and the water level in the northwest region will rise by about 1m;After the displacement of confined water by external water source,the central water level of confined water rises by about 5m,and the area of groundwater falling funnel shrinks by about 102km~2.(3)The external water source cannot be covered in the northwest of Linquan County,and the water supply is mainly for agricultural irrigation.Therefore,this paper establishes a small river to draw water from the river,which proves that the mining of small river near the river source can guarantee the agricultural irrigation water and effectively solve the water shortage problem in the northwest of Linquan County.
