Contemporary social division of labor is becoming more detailed,and the market of third-party logistics is in the ascendant.As a professional third-party logistics company in China,Y Company has set up a distribution center in Zhengzhou,Henan Province.With the growing business of Zhengzhou Distribution Center of Y Company,its current vehicle route planning scheme has exposed many problems,resulting in the increasing distribution cost.Therefore,this paper studies the vehicle route optimization of Zhengzhou Distribution Center of Y Company.Firstly,aiming at the research content,this paper collects and sorts out the relevant research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the related theoretical research of vehicle route optimization and vehicle route optimization of VRPSDP for short.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of vehicle route planning of Zhengzhou Distribution Center of Y Company.Through field investigation,it finds and analyzes the problems and reasons of long vehicle transportation mileage,low cargo loading rate and lack of punctuality in service.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems,a mathematical model of vehicle routing optimization of Zhengzhou Distribution Center is put forward: based on the model of simultaneous delivery and pick-up,according to the reality of Zhengzhou Distribution Center,restrictions such as soft time window are added,and the lowest total cost is the objective function.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the established model,and MATLAB R2016 a is used to program.By using the data obtained from the investigation of Zhengzhou Distribution Center,the optimized vehicle routing scheme of Zhengzhou Distribution Center of every day for the whole month is obtained.The results show that the optimized vehicle routing scheme not only greatly reduces the vehicle transportation distance and the number of service vehicles of Zhengzhou Distribution Center,effectively improves the cargo loading rate,but also enhances the punctuality of Zhengzhou Distribution Center to the customer service time window.Therefore,the proposal of this scheme can provide a certain reference value for the same type of logistics enterprises in route planning.
