Study On The Current Situation And Sustainable Development Countermeasures Of Dajinhu Crew In Taining County

China is one of the countries with the largest number of rivers and lakes in the world.With the continuous development of shipping industry and tourism,inland river shipping has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities,in which inland river crew plays an important role.This paper takes the Taining dajinhu crew as the research object.Firstly,it investigates the crew’s certificates holding situation,educational level and age,deeply analyzes its development status and existing problems,and summarizes the main restrictive factors for the sustainable development of Taining dajinhu crew.Then,according to the summarized constraints and historical data analysis,an index system of crew sustainable development evaluation factors including 5 secondary indicators and 15 tertiary indicators is established to evaluate and compare the sustainable development of crew in the Yangtze River Delta and Taining dajinhu.Based on above index system,the weight value of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process,the sustainable development score of the crew in the Yangtze River Delta and the crew in Taining dajinhu is calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Then,the cloud model evaluation is used to verify.It is concluded that the sustainable development grade of the crew in the Yangtze River Delta is better than that of the crew in Taining dajinhu.Finally,this paper studies the relevant countermeasures and schemes to solve this problem from the aspects of actively learning from domestic and foreign experience and practices,identifying their own development orientation,strengthening skill training and psychological quality improvement,strengthening communication and cooperation.The suggestions on strengthening communication and cooperation with relevant units may have some innovation among them.This paper discusses the sustainable development of Taining Dajin Lake crew,which enriches the research on the development of inland river crew working in enclosed waters to a certain extent.It is hoped that this study can help to promote the sustainable development of Taining Dajin Lake crew,and also provide some useful references for promoting the development of inland river crew in enclosed waters.
