| Urban complex is a multi-functional building or building group that integrates more than three core functions,such as residence,office,hotel and catering,commerce,and comprehensive entertainment.It is equipped with a large number of types of construction equipment,which will generate vibration and noise during operation,and secondary radiation noise caused by vibration.Because there are residential,apartment,hotel,office building and other functional spaces that are particularly sensitive to noise,the noise problem caused by building equipment needs to be solved urgently.First of all,based on a large number of field surveys and relevant literature on the operating noise of various types of building equipment,it is found that the operating noise of urban complex building equipment is mainly low frequency,and some equipment also has secondary radiation noise caused by vibrating the building structure,with the main frequency range of operating noise being 31.5 to 500 Hz.Noise from cooling towers and refrigeration units in cold and heat source systems,pressurization equipment in water supply and drainage systems,transformers in power supply and distribution systems,and traction machines in elevator systems can all be transmitted through building structures.Secondly,it is proposed to incorporate indicators such as emission limits for indoor noise emitted by building equipment through structures and environmental vibration into the noise control objectives of urban complex building equipment.Thirdly,using cutting-edge visual computer technology such as Cadna to assist in the noise control design of urban complex building equipment,effectively improving the efficiency and quality of noise control design.Finally,in terms of specific measures for noise control,a new concept to comprehensively address the needs of the acoustic environment in all disciplines throughout the entire process is proposed,which is to consider the needs of the acoustic environment during the architectural design scheme stage,take effective measures in various types of work such as buildings,structures,water heating and electricity,avoid or reduce equipment noise interference through measures such as adjusting the building layout,equipment layout,and optimize the structure of the building envelope,optimize low-noise equipment,and adopt targeted sound insulation covers Equipment vibration isolation and equipment room sound insulation,effectively controlling the impact of equipment noise;In addition to the technical aspects of building equipment noise control,the paper also puts forward suggestions from the management perspective,including the design and organization mode of building equipment noise control,equipment operation time management,etc.,to make the comprehensive building equipment noise control more effective.On the basis of the above theory,this paper takes an urban complex building equipment noise control project as an example,and applies the noise control methods and measures proposed in the paper to the project,which has achieved good noise control effect,and the noise measurement results fully meet the design goals. |
