| With the development of economic globalization and international trade,container transportation has become the main method of cargo transportation.As a buffer for container transportation,the container terminal occupies an important position in the entire transportation process.The berth quay crane is an important and scarce resource at the forefront of the terminal.Its scheduling plan directly affects the efficiency of the terminal operation.A reasonable scheduling plan is not only necessary to improve the efficiency of the terminal operation.At the same time,to improve customer satisfaction,it is also necessary to scientifically deal with disturbances caused by certain uncertain factors in the implementation of the plan.In this context,this article summarizes the existing research at home and abroad,and comprehensively considers the impact of the uncertainty of the ship’s arrival time on customer satisfaction and terminal operating costs,and constructs a number of container terminal quay cranes under uncertain conditions.The target joint dispatch model provides some references for quay crane dispatching at container terminal berths.The main research contents of this article are:(1)Use robust optimization methods to deal with the uncertainty of ship arrival time.Based on the ship’s past delayed arrival time data,this paper uses neural network and proportional coefficient method to predict the ship’s arrival time interval,and sets a reasonable buffer time for each arrival ship according to the predicted interval,aiming to improve the system At the same time of robustness,the redundant buffer time is reduced to reduce the loss caused to the terminal by the uncertainty of the ship’s arrival time.(2)Based on prospect theory and fuzzy theory,a multi-objective optimization model for berths and quay cranes is established that takes into account the largest customer satisfaction and the lowest terminal operating costs under uncertain conditions.By constructing a fuzzy membership function to describe customer satisfaction,on the one hand,it better reflects the law of customer psychology changes over time,and on the other hand,it also reflects the impact of buffer time setting on customer satisfaction.(3)Analyze the characteristics of the quay crane scheduling problem at the container terminal berth,and design the NSGAⅡ algorithm with nested heuristic rules.The feasibility of the model and the algorithm was verified by introducing a calculation example,and the final scheduling plan was selected using three scheduling strategies:minimizing the maximum completion time,maximizing customer satisfaction,and cost-effective methods.In the actual application process,the terminal can timely adjust the decision-making of the dispatching plan according to the different operating strategies,which has certain practical value and operability. |
