Under the situation of rapid economic development in my country,people’s living standards have improved significantly,and the requirements for commodities have become more and more personalized and differentiated,especially for users of some special institutions.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for my country’s commodity production enterprises.The opportunity is that with the rapid rise of e-commerce,the purchase of goods is no longer affected by geographical space,which brings a broader sales market to enterprises.At the same time,with the support of national policies,the matching logistics system has gradually transformed from a low-efficiency and high-cost traditional logistics industry to a real-time,flexible,and efficient modern logistics industry.However,with the development,the challenges have become increasingly prominent.How to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution,increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs as much as possible is the main concern of enterprises.In 2013,Amazon proposed to load 3D printing equipment into transportation vehicles and print and distribute them,breaking the time barrier of production,warehousing and transportation,and creating a third delivery method that is not limited to the production of goods in warehouses or pick-up locations.In the process of commodity distribution,production and processing save part of the manufacturing time and achieve the goal of minimizing the total time of distribution services.Therefore,this paper studies the commodity distribution route strategy under this mode to solve the route optimization choice under the condition of distribution processing.This paper analyzes and elaborates the basic theories of multi-variety and small-batch commodities,distribution processing operations and genetic algorithms by consulting data and analyzing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars;then analyzes the distribution characteristics of such commodities on the basis of the theory.Establish the route optimization model under the distribution processing conditions;finally,to improve the shortcomings of the genetic algorithm,a hybrid genetic algorithm combining the hill climbing algorithm and the genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model to enhance its convergence speed.When building the model in this paper,on the basis of traditional route optimization,the production,storage,and transportation are no longer carried out as independent links in sequence,but processing operations in the commodity distribution process to save part of the manufacturing time.In the process of numerical experiments,Python programming was used to conduct multiple experiments on a large number of simulation data randomly generated by the computer,and the data from various points in Beijing as an example were used to explore the influence of factors such as customer scale,number of delivery vehicles,processing cycle and other factors on route selection and delivery efficiency.The impact of the distribution process provides corresponding management enlightenment for the distribution path of multi-variety and small-batch commodities that can be distributed and processed.
