With the rapid development of China’s economy,the urbanization rate is also increasing steadily.Urban renewal is the main task faced by a country after its urbanization level has entered a certain development stage.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the "implementation of urban renewal action",and during the "14th five year plan" period,the national urban work put forward the strategies of "revitalizing the stock space resources and making up for the shortcomings of urban functions" and "scientifically coordinating the development of aboveground and underground space".At present,China’s existing underground space has the problems of underutilization of space and incomplete value,resulting in idleness or abandonment.Therefore,the new idea of reuse of existing underground space has been gradually put forward and put into practice.Then how to judge whether the reuse of existing underground space meets the needs of urban development and adapts to the use of comprehensive environment and people has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study aims to put forward the optimization strategy of the reuse adaptability of the stock underground space,through combing the related concepts of urban renewal,stock underground space and adaptability;Define the type of underground space;Relying on the relevant theories of urban renewal and relevant case analysis,this paper extracts the comprehensive index to evaluate the reuse adaptability of the existing underground space,establishes the evaluation model of the reuse adaptability of the existing underground space,and finally carries out the evaluation practice,and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions and adaptive optimization strategies for the reuse of the existing underground space.The main research contents include:(1)from the perspective of urban renewal,the relevant theories of urban renewal and the case study of stock underground space renewal,combined with literature research,collect preliminary indicators through grounded theory.(2)The Delphi method is used to collect expert opinions,and the relatively important index and variation coefficient are used to put forward the adaptability evaluation index for the reuse of stock underground space,forming an index system,including six measures: overall construction,external environment perception,user use feeling,historical and cultural inheritance,social value and economic benefit.(3)Construct SEM-IPA-SPA comprehensive evaluation model,use IPA analysis method as the framework,compare the importance and expressiveness of adaptability indicators,collect the objective importance data of indicators through expert questionnaire,fit the data through SEM structural equation model,and generate the objective impact degree of indicators on adaptability,that is,the importance dimension.The research shows that the indoor health prevention and control measures,the degree of connection with other spaces,the comfort of the physical environment of the underground space,the continuity of the original trace memory,the role of regional image promotion and the operation of the project are the indicators with the highest impact on the overall reuse adaptability of the project.(4)Through the comprehensive evaluation model,the evaluation practice is carried out on the Wutaishan flagship store of Nanjing Xianfeng bookstore,the underground floor of block a of Nanjing Golden Eagle Center and Nanjing Six Dynasties Museum.The performance ability data of the respondents on the adaptability to the practice location are collected through the on-site investigation questionnaire,and the performance data are optimized and analyzed by Spa Set Pair Analysis Method to form the performance ability dimension.Analyze the IPA quadrant diagram combined with the importance data,and put forward suggestions.(5)Combined with the evaluation model and practical evaluation analysis results,this paper puts forward the adaptive optimization strategy for the reuse of stock underground space from four directions: paying attention to the rationality of reuse,enhancing the integrity of reuse,improving the feasibility of reuse and strengthening the regional importance of reuse,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for subsequent reuse projects.
