Surgical smoke is the main source of pollution in the operating room,and its harm to human health has gradually been paid attention to.The development of high-quality,high-volume,and powerful surgical smoke exhaust devices is of great significance for ensuring the health of operating room personnel,preventing operating room pollution and promoting the development of medical protection technology.In view of the low efficiency of smoke extraction and purification of the surgical smoke extraction device,a variety of innovative methods have been used to carry out its design and research work.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Summarize and screen the patent documents related to the surgical smoke exhaust device,use the patent analysis method to predict the technology maturity of the device and get the life cycle stage;according to the product technology evolution law,get the technology evolution route and direction that provide technical support for the in-depth development of its next work.(2)According to the composition structure and function of the existing surgical smoke exhaust device in the market,describe its basic working principle;establish a black box model of the overall function of the device,analyze its function decomposition tree and function structure model,and obtain the function and structure to be improved;through causal chain analysis method to find out the root cause of the problem of the device;use the TRIZ innovative tool to solve the design problem,the structure design scheme of the main components such as the smoke collecting pipe,the smoke collecting hood,and the filter in the device is obtained.(3)According to the above design,collect and analyze the functional element structure of the surgical smoke exhaust device,establish its functional element structure morphology matrix,and obtain its various design schemes through permutation and combination;the PUGH matrix evaluates the feasibility of the above scheme,and seven schemes with higher feasibility are obtained;use non-cooperative game theory to select four schemes that satisfy the Nash equilibrium solution,then use cooperative game theory to decide its optimal design scheme.(4)Use Solid Works and CAD software to establish the optimal design scheme and the original scheme of the capture structure geometric model and two-dimensional size model;use COMSOL software for fluid simulation,analyze the internal flow field velocity and streamline distribution of the capture structure and the hood flow velocity And the pressure change,it is concluded that the performance of the collection structure of the optimal scheme is better than that of the original scheme;when the inclination angle θ of the rectangular air intake holes and the opening angle α of the smoke collecting hood on the smoke collecting pipe are 60° and 45°,the performance of the capture structure is the best.Finally,using the above-mentioned three-dimensional software,a complete model of the surgical smoke exhaust device was established.The innovative design and method flexible application of the surgical smoke exhaust device theoretically make the product performance a greater breakthrough than the original product,and provide some practical references for the future development of medical protective equipment to protect the health of the operating room personnel.
