High power density motor has the excellent characteristics of small volume and light weight.It is widely used in many engineering fields,such as daily vehicles and national defense military equipment.In the process of its application,the service efficiency and service life of the equipment are affected by the vibration of the motor,Among them,new energy vehicles,underwater military ships and other application scenarios have high requirements for the vibration performance of the motor.Therefore,on the premise of seeking small volume and high power of the motor,we should also pay attention to its electromagnetic vibration.It is very important to accurately calculate the electromagnetic vibration of the motor and take effective optimization measures.The research content of this paper is:(1)The causes of electromagnetic vibration of motor and the calculation methods of electromagnetic force and magnetostriction are described.Based on this,the magnetic mechanical coupling model is established.In order to accurately calculate the electromagnetic vibration caused by electromagnetic force and magnetostrictive effect,the magnetization characteristics and magnetostriction characteristics of the silicon steel sheet of the motor core are measured by the magnetic characteristic measuring device meeting the international standard,which lays the data foundation for the numerical calculation of electromagnetic vibration.(2)The electromagnetic vibration of motor core is calculated and analyzed.The magnetic characteristic curve and magnetostriction characteristic curve of silicon steel sheet are substituted into the numerical model to accurately calculate the magnetic field distribution and the effects of electromagnetic force and magnetostriction.The two forces are loaded on the motor core in the form of load.The electromagnetic vibration before and after considering the magnetostrictive effect when the motor runs at different speeds is analyzed.(3)The accuracy of the numerical model is verified by building an experimental platform to measure the vibration acceleration of the prototype.Based on the numerical model,the changes of motor core kinetic energy and elastic strain energy before and after considering magnetostriction effect are studied,and the contribution of magnetostriction effect to electromagnetic vibration is calculated.(4)In order to improve the electromagnetic vibration of the motor,the structural parameters of the stator and rotor are optimized.Taguchi method is used to design the scheme of the selected four variable factors,and a four factor three-level orthogonal test table is constructed.Through the numerical calculation and analysis of different schemes,the influence law and contribution degree of various variable factors on electromagnetic vibration are obtained,the optimal parameter combination is determined,and the electromagnetic vibration of the motor before and after optimization is compared.
