| With the rapid growth of my country’s economic development,Enterprises have higher requirements for product quality,and need for data collection and recording in the production process are also increasing.At present,A large of meters are still used in the production process of many enterprises.How to reduce the status quo of manual meter reading and manual recording,and come true the automatic reading and recording of meter data without replacing these meters has become an urgent problem for many manufacturers.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to automatically read the indications of the pointer meter based on the theoretical basis of machine vision technology.The definition of automatic identification reading is that the collected meter image is transmitted to the computer software system,And the image processing operation is performed on the computer software system,And the specific reading can be intuitively obtained from the computer.First,Design and build the hardware and software system for the registration recognition of the pointer-type meter.Then,Through the programming operation of the software system on the computer,the non-parallel meter images are corrected,so that the collected meter images are parallel to the camera plane,so as to facilitate the identification of the meter data.In the end,the meter image correction method is compared by experiment,which verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the correction method.Secondly,the image processing operation is performed on the corrected meter image through software programming.The corrected meter image is preprocessed and morphologically manipulated,and an area threshold method is proposed,which can effectively remove the interference of redundant features.A combined algorithm is proposed to detect the pointer of the meter more accurately.After the registration of the meter is obtained by the angle method,it is showed and stored on upper computer interface.Afterwards,the accuracy,Feasibility and anti-interference of the registration recognition method are verified by experiments.Finally,the pointer-type meter registration detection system is applied to the Toyota Spinning coating workshop to verify whether the pointer-type meter registration can be effectively detected in actual production.At the same time,In the application course,monitoring interface and an abnormal alarm interface are designed,and finally the interface is showed on the IPC screen and the large-screen billboard of the production line.Through the experimental test,it can be seen,that the meter image can be automatically read through the pointer-type meter registration detection system in this thesis. |
