Remanufacturing can realize the recycling of end-of-life products and improve the utilization rate of end-of-life products.As one of the key steps to realize the remanufacturing of end-of-life products,disassembly can separate valuable parts or assemblies.As a largescale and high-efficiency assembly line disassembling production operation,the disassembly line has become the best choice for remanufacturing enterprises.However,when disassembling end-of-life products,there may be unbalanced task distribution and blockage of workstation resources,thus affecting the recycling benefits of disassembling.Therefore,how to efficiently find the disassembling scheme of end-of-life products and optimize the station resources of the disassembly line becomes the key to study the Disassembly Line Balancing Problem of remanufacturing.This paper mainly studies the optimization of disassembly line balance problem under single-objective and multi-objectives and the optimization of disassembling line for station resource failure.The main work is as follows:Partial disassembly line balance problem considering disassembly profit and research on improved particle swarm algorithm.Construct a disassembling profit maximization mathematical model based on the number of tasks and workstations;construct a new disassembling AND-OR priority graph based on the description of the constraints of the and or priority relationship;when solving the problem,based on the particle swarm algorithm,design the double-linked list structure encoding method;in the update strategy,the dynamically adjusted learning factor,simulated annealing operation and simplex optimization operation are designed;in the experiment,two cases of different scales are selected to solve,and by comparison with other algorithms,Verify the performance of the proposed algorithm.Considering the multi-objectives complete disassembling line balance problem and genetically improved gray wolf hybrid algorithm.A multi-objectives mathematical model based on workstations load balancing,part operation safety,part demand index and part disassembly direction change is constructed;when solving the problem,based on the gray wolf optimization algorithm,a real number ascending order coding is designed;in the update strategy,An individual fitness update strategy based on weighted distance is designed,a crowding distance mechanism is constructed to sort the non-dominated solutions when screening Pareto solutions,and a polynomial mutation operator is introduced into the hunting behavior.The algorithm is solved,and the performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparison with other algorithms.Simulation and optimization of disassembling line for random failure of station equipment.Using Plant Simulation 15.0 software to build a virtual linear disassembling line model,simulate the disassembling production process of the real disassembling line,optimize the allocation of station resources under the failure of the station equipment,and increase the buffer zone 3.23%.
