| The impact resistance test of police riot equipment is very important to the safety of riot personnel.Therefore,the impact testing machine that can test the impact resistance of riot equipment is of great significance to the design and impact resistance test of riot equipment.In this paper,the overall scheme design,the establishment of simulation analysis model and experimental research of a multi-functional drop hammer impact testing machine which can test the impact performance of various riot equipment such as police riot suit,police riot shield and police riot helmet were carried out.Firstly,the development status of impact resistance test devices for riot equipment at home and abroad was reviewed.It was found that the early impact resistance test devices were only for a certain material,a certain product or a certain test device,while the multi-parameter impact test devices for various riot equipment were rarely studied.In the impact test,the research on the impact resistance of police riot suit consisted of many kinds of materials superposed in series is relatively weak.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the functions and characteristics of impact test systems at home and abroad,the overall scheme of a multi-functional drop hammer impact testing machine is proposed,and its key structure is designed and analyzed.On this basis,ADAMS software was used to carry out dynamic simulation of the multi-functional drop hammer impact testing machine,and the working reliability of its mechanism was verified.Based on the proposed overall scheme of the multifunctional drop hammer impact testing machine,the detection system is designed to realize the measurement of multiple parameters such as acceleration,velocity and impact force,which lays a foundation for the impact test and numerical analysis in the following chapters.Thirdly,based on the designed multi-functional drop hammer impact test detection system,the impact test system is built.The low energy impact test is carried out on the police riot suit,police riot shield and police riot helmet.The test results show that the built multi-functional drop hammer impact testing machine can realize multi-parameter measurement and numerical description of a variety of riot equipment.Finally,the impact numerical models of police riot suit,police riot shield and police riot helmet were established by ABAQUS software,and the impact test results were compared to verify the correctness of the model.By using the correct numerical simulation analysis model,the simulation analyses of police riot suit,police riot shields and police riot helmet by varying parameters were carried out.The influence rules of the structure parameters of the corresponding riot equipment on the impact resistance test performances such as impact force,absorbed energy and the ratio of the residual energy to the maximum absorption energy were obtained,which provides an important reference and basis for further optimization of the structure. |
