| Modern manufacturing industry has changed the traditional large-scale stock production mode and gradually changed to the order production mode facing customer demand.Under this background,many enterprises have formed a mixed production mode combining make to stock(MTS)and make to order(MTO)in order to improve their competitiveness.Although the above mixed production mode has brought many benefits to enterprises,it also makes enterprises face new problems: first,how to reasonably optimize the production scheduling involved in preparing and ordering products,and second,how to make a more accurate order forecast to guide production.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the enterprise workshop production scheduling problem and order forecasting problem under MTS / MTO mixed mode,puts forward the intelligent scheduling technology under MTS / MTO mixed mode,and independently develops a set of scheduling system that can be applied to the actual workshop combined with the actual project.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows.(1)Aiming at the order forecasting problem in MTS / MTO mixed mode,an order forecasting model based on improved grey neural network is established.The grey neural network is optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm,and an example is verified and the results are analyzed combined with the actual data.(2)By analyzing the characteristics of job shop flow and scheduling process in MTS /MTO hybrid mode,a multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling problem considering job batch and mold change time is studied.Based on the scheduling objectives of minimizing the number of deferred orders,minimizing the mold change time and minimizing the bottleneck resource load,a flexible job shop scheduling model is established,and an improved non dominated sorting genetic algorithm is designed.A practical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.(3)By analyzing the production disturbance events in the production process of manufacturing enterprises under MTS / MTO mixed production mode,the dynamic scheduling processing technology under MTS / MTO mixed mode is studied.For production disturbance events,a dynamic scheduling strategy is proposed,and six dynamic scheduling algorithms are designed,such as rescheduling algorithm based on task real-time information,resource real-time information,emergency order insertion and adaptive scheduling algorithm based on process delay.(4)The overall structure of scheduling system is designed,and the intelligent scheduling system under MTS / MTO mixed mode is independently developed,which is integrated with MES and associated information system.This paper designs functional modules such as order forecasting and resource management,and verifies the effectiveness of the system in solving the job scheduling problem in the workshop combined with the actual case of the workshop. |
