Tank is the main battle equipment of modern land warfare,among which fire control computer is the core of modern tank fire control equipment,its protection performance is poor and vulnerable to attack.In order to evaluate the vulnerability of typical tank fire control computer under the action of fragments.In this paper,the damage characteristics of a tank target fire control computer under the action of fragments are studied,which lays a foundation for the accurate evaluation of the damage effectiveness of armor-breaking ammunition to tank targets.The target characteristics of a tank fire control computer are studied.The damage mode and the damage element characteristic of fire control computer are analyzed.The damage element characteristic includes the space distribution,mass distribution and velocity characteristic of secondary fragments,The penetrating ability of fragment to target plate and the conditions for the intersection of fragments with fire control computer targets are analyzed.Based on the difference of the influence of internal component damage on its combat performance.The structure,function and working principle of fire control computer are analyzed.The fire control computer is divided into three levels of C,T and S,and the corresponding damage trees are established respectively.The structural vulnerability analysis of a fire control computer under the action of fragments is completed.The structural vulnerability model of a certain type of fire control computer under the action of fragments is established.Using the method of vulnerable area,the structural vulnerability of five vulnerable surfaces of a fire control computer,namely front face,back face,left face,right face and top face,is analyzed.The analysis results show that the vulnerable area of the front face fire control computer is the largest,about 41840,while the vulnerable area of the left face fire control computer is the smallest,about 21915.The functional vulnerability analysis of a fire control computer under the action of fragments is completed.Damage probability assessment method,analytic hierarchy process and fire control computer damage tree are used.A hierarchical structure model of a fire control computer is established.The vulnerability evaluation method of fire control computer function is formed.The weight values of each system and sub-component of fire control computer are determined.The functional vulnerability and damage probability of five vulnerable surfaces of a fire control computer are discussed respectively.The analysis shows that the probability of functional damage of fire control computer is highest when the fragment penetrates the right end face of fire control computer.For the host module of the fire control computer,when the fragment penetrates the right end face of the fire control computer,the function failure probability of the host module is the highest,followed by the rear end face,and the front end face is the lowest.The vulnerability of a fire control computer penetrated by fragments is studied experimentally.An analog circuit system consisting of power supply unit,data acquisition unit and drive unit is built.A live ammunition test is carried out.Based on the test data and analytic hierarchy process,the functional damage characteristics of analog circuits are analyzed,and the functional damage probability of each system is obtained.The test results show that when a single 2g spherical steel fragment is vertically incident into the right vulnerable surface of the fire control computer,the ultimate penetration velocity of the right vulnerable surface of the fire control computer is 586m/s.The damage probability of the module circuit system is 0.521 when the fragment penetrates the computer shell,and the relative error is about 6.9% compared with theoretical analysis,which verifies the feasibility of the functional vulnerability assessment method.
