With the reduction of wind power generation cost and the rapid development of offshore wind power technology,offshore floating wind farm has become one of the current research hotspots.Compared with the traditional onshore wind farm and offshore wind farm,the wind condition and marine environment of floating offshore wind farm are more complex,and the uncertain factors such as wind speed and waves have a more significant impact on the wind turbine selection and wind farm layout of offshore floating wind farm.Based on this problem,under the analysis of the economy of the project construction,this paper optimizes the design parameters and the layout of the offshore floating wind farm by considering the influence of uncertain factors,and provides a more reliable design optimization scheme for the offshore floating wind farm.The work and contribution of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)A life cycle parametric cost model suitable for offshore floating wind farm is established.Based on the actual engineering data of offshore floating wind farm and the Research Report on the development status of wind power industry,a life cycle cost model for floating offshore wind farm is established,which contain a component cost model of 1-12 MW wind turbine.The proposed cost model is suitable for three types of floating platforms: Semi-Submersible,Spar Buoy and Tension Leg Platform.Based on the data of a practical engineering case in southern Italy,the proportion of investment cost of each part of three types of floating wind farms and the proportion of wind turbine components are analyzed.The case study verifies the effectiveness of the cost model,which shows that the overall cost of the current offshore floating wind farm is higher than 20000 ¥/ k W,and the cost of wind turbine and floating platform account for a large proportion of the total investment cost.In terms of wind turbine cost,the cost of blade and tower is the main part of wind turbine cost.(2)An optimization framework of offshore floating wind farm considering wind-wave uncertainty is proposed.The Monte Carlo method based on low difference sequence is used to design the independent retransmission experiment to characterize the fluctuation of uncertain factors,and a heuristic algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem of floating offshore wind farm under uncertainties.The design parameters of floating wind turbine under wind speed uncertainty are optimized to preliminarily verify the effectiveness of this optimization framework.The results show that with the increase of scale factor,the minimum levelized cost of energy(LCOE)value decreases,the rotor radius of floating wind turbine decreases and the rated power increases.In order to ensure the high reliability of LCOE,the rotor radius should be increased and the rated power should be reduced based on the deterministic optimization results,and 2.9% design margin should be provided for the rotor radius and 26%design margin should be provided for the rated power.(3)Realize the comprehensive optimization of layout and design parameters of floating wind farm under wind-wave uncertainty.Combining the floating characteristics of floating wind turbine with wind wave fluctuation,this paper discusses and summarizes the influence of windwave fluctuation on the optimal layout and design parameters of floating wind farm.The experimental results show that considering the influence of wind and wave on the relative height of floating wind turbine,optimizing the layout and design parameters of floating wind farm can further reduce LCOE.The optimal layout scheme under wind wave uncertainty depends on the statistical results of the mean wind speed in each wind direction.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research content of the full text,the Design optimization of floating offshore wind farm are prospected.
