Cold-formed thin-walled steel due to its own thin thickness,width and thickness ratio,prone to instability damage,common instability failure has local buckling,distortion buckling and overall buckling three forms.At present,the research on local buckling and overall buckling at home and abroad is relatively perfect,and for distortion buckling,due to the late understanding,the theoretical research of various countries has not reached a uniformity,and the distortion buckling is mainly concentrated in the study of the distortion buckling performance of the cold-formed thin-walled grooved steel compression components,and the research on the bending components is relatively small,especially Z-shaped steel,which is more rare.Therefore,this paper makes a series of studies on the distortion and buckling performance of cold-formed thin-walled crimped Z-type steel bending components,and the specific work is as follows:(1)First of all,the main calculation theory and design method of distortion and buckling of cold-formed thin-walled crimped Z-type steel bending members at home and abroad are introduced in detail,including the calculation theory of elastic distortion buckling of curved Z-type steel bending members,the effective width method and the direct strength method,which lays the foundation for more in-depth research in the following article.(2)Based on the experimental study of cold-formed thin-walled crimped Z-type steel bending components in foreign countries,the finite element model is established by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and the parameterized analysis of the bending components of cold-formed thin-walled crimped Z-type steel is carried out,and the influence of web height,flange width,crimp width and plate thickness on the buckling performance of components is studied.(3)On the basis of the finite element model of the bending member of the cold-formed thin-walled crimped Z-type steel with unperturne web,the incision of the web is opened to study the influence of parameters such as hole type,number of holes and hole rate on the buckling performance of the component;the common cross-sectional size Z-type steel components listed in the appendix of The Technical Specification for Cold-formed Thin-walled Steel Structures(GB50018-2002)of China are selected,a large number of finite element analysis calculations are carried out,the obtained data are returned to the analysis,and the coefficient correction is made for the widely used DSM formula abroad.Obtain the DSM calculation formula applicable to the specifications of our country,and verify the validity of the formula.This article contains 57 figures,26 tables,75 references.
