Landscape Design Research Of Wohushan Park Under The Guidance Of Health Care Concept

Under the policy background of the country ’s advocacy of building a beautiful and livable city and the social situation in which the living needs of the residents have undergone a huge change due to the epidemic,people are gradually moving away from the original fast-paced life to slow down their paces and appreciate life.The healthy lifestyle is also increasingly valued,tending to shift from material pursuit to quality pursuit,and focusing on the length,abundance and freedom of life.This thesis attempts to explore the basic theory,technical means and construction strategies of landscape regeneration of mountain parks with the help of the concept of wellness,so as to provide new ideas for the innovation of the method system of mountain park planning and design in China,and provide support for the integration of the concept of wellness in the context of urban mountain space healing.The thesis uses literature analysis,field research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods.Based on the urgent need of people ’s pursuit of good physical and mental health to optimize and upgrade the landscape function of urban mountain parks,the thesis creates a mountain landscape environment by implanting the concept of health and wellness landscape design,enhances the utilization value of urban mountain parks,and provides an effective design path for the sustainable development of mountain parks.The research content of this thesis mainly includes three aspects :First,the theoretical basis for the integration of the concept of wellness and the landscape of mountain parks.First of all,this study collects and consults a large number of literature materials,sorts out relevant theories from two aspects of research progress and connotation analysis,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of mountain park landscape design guided by the concept of health care.Secondly,the research on the construction of mountain parks is carried out,and the design cases and related research of excellent mountain parks at home and abroad are used for reference.The cases of Suzhou Shishan Park,Changsha Meiling Park,Montreal Royal Mountain Park and American Red Mountain Park are sorted out,and their design ideas and enlightenment to the construction of mountain parks in China are summarized.Finally,the design characteristics of excellent cases are summarized,and the experience and reference direction are considered : to achieve the effect of health care,it is necessary to establish the principles and strategies of health care design in mountain parks,pay attention to the participation of middle-aged and elderly groups,and achieve the healing effect from four aspects : health care,health education,health and happiness.Second,the construction of landscape design strategy of mountain park based on the concept of health care.Based on the realistic context of the investigation of the current situation of Wohushan Park in Jinan,this thesis attempts to break through the conventional understanding of the mountain park space,and explores the landscape design of the wellness mountain park from three aspects : design principles,design methods and optimization strategies.It should follow the four design principles of ecological priority,physiological and psychological consideration,respect for site characteristics and barrier-free design,and pay attention to the adjustment of the environment.Three design strategies are based on the rich landscape level of the terrain and the diversified expression of the wellness landscape.Through landscape design methods such as infrastructure,road paving,space construction,and application of natural elements,the purpose of design principles and strategies is achieved.The mountain park landscape construction plan is proposed to reconstruct the spatial form pattern and form a healthy mountain park design system.Third,an empirical study on the landscape design of mountain parks under the guidance of the concept of health care.This study takes Wohushan Park in Jinan as the design site.Based on the negative problems existing in the site,it further explores the uniqueness of the site for ’physical,psychological and spiritual ’ wellness,clarifies the sustainable functional characteristics of the site given by the concept of wellness landscape design,and coordinates the balance between wellness landscape,urban mountain park and perfect expression of artistic creativity.Different functions such as meditation rehabilitation,children ’s health education,social recreation,and horticultural health care are placed in the site to provide more possibilities for design.The functional space,roads,infrastructure and plant configuration of Wohushan Park were optimized and upgraded to improve the design scheme of the site.Verify the design strategies and methods proposed above,in order to provide a reference for the future development of mountain park landscape in China.
