| River wetland,as an important part of Chinese geographical environment, has a good adaptation ability in the face of flood, and can help the river cope with flood. However, with the improper protection of wetland resources in recent years, the natural hydrological process has been destroyed, which not only does not play a role in helping to deal with flood disasters, but aggravates the occurrence of disasters. On the one hand, cities are facing the threat of floods, and on the other hand, river wetland resources are drastically reduced, which makes it difficult for people to get close to and get close to water. How to increase diverse interactions between people and water on the basis of mitigating flood disasters has become a current challenge. This study aims to explore the planning and design strategies of riverside wetland park in response to flood disasters caused by river floods and heavy rainfall, and finally create a water-elastic landscape with flood adaptability.First of all,the paper summarizes the concept of hydroelasticity at home and abroad, studies the successful cases at home and abroad, analyzes and summarizes the cases to provide reference for this planning and design, and summarizes the planning and design steps of five riverside wetland parks, namely, the planning of flood risk level, the planning of hydroelastic landscape space, the design of hydroelastic landscape node, the planning and design of plant elasticity suitable for water, and the verification of planning schemes. The planning and design of Xijiangzhai Riverside Wetland Park are carried out in five steps: the first step is to plan the level of inundation risk; The second step is to plan the hydroelastic landscape space; The third step is to design the hydroelastic landscape node;Step4: Plant water-resilient plants; The fifth step is to simulate the submerged range and water depth of the planned scheme using the Mike21 hydrodynamic model and compare and verify with the current situation simulation data. The results show that under the condition of 50-year flood inundation, the area with water depth of 1.5m to 3.72 m is 5.02 hm2,which is 19.5%larger than before the design. The inundated area is 8.93hm2,which is 10.2% larger than before the design, proving that the scheme has greater flexibility and feasibility in adapting to flood disasters. |
