There are abundant adjustable load resources in the power system,but most loads are scattered and small in capacity,and their single load capacity can not reach the threshold of directly participating in the operation and regulation of the power system,and their single load capacity can not reach the threshold of directly participating in the operation and regulation of the power system.Integrate d by the load aggregator to participate in the market transaction of the auxiliary service of power peak shaving could play an important role in making the peak and valley smooth and suppressed,promoting the accommodation of new energy and increasing system security.Under the goal of carbon peak and neutrality,the carbon market and power market provide new opportunities for the business development of load aggregators.Fully tapping the interactive response ability between user-side resources and power grid through the aggregation management of decentralized adjustable loads is conducive to further promote the clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient development of power systems.In this paper,three types of user-side distributed loads,such as distributed electric heating,electric vehicles and distributed energy storage,are taken as the research objects.Based on the analysis of load characteristics,the aggregation management and regulation mode and business of distributed adjustable load are analyzed.The economic benefits calculation model different of different agents are constructed,and the cost-effectiveness of all parties participating in power grid auxiliary services under the decentralized adjustable load aggregation management regulation mode are analyzed.Besides,the carbon emission reduction benefit calculation model of adjustable load aggregation management business is constructed.Finally,based on various constraints,with the goal of maximizing the wind power consumption,minimizing the payment of peak-shaving compensation fees,minimizing the energy compensation expenditure caused by the change of power consumption plan,and maximizing the benefits of carbon emission reduction,an aggregation management model of decentralized adjustable load for promoting wind power consumption that considers the carbon emission reduction benefits is established,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model.In the case analysis,the scheduling results of decentralized adjustable load,as well as the cost-effectiveness of decentralized adjustable load users and load aggregators under different scenarios are calculated respectively.The calculation results show that the optimal dispatching of decentralized adjustable loads that considers both the maximization of carbon emission reduction benefits and the maximization of wind power consumption can achieve better dispatching results,with lower wind power curtailment,less curtailment costs,and the load aggregator can obtain more carbon emission reduction benefits and peak-shaving benefits.This shows that the load aggregation management model can further promote the accommodation of clean energy and improve carbon emission reduction ability while i mproving the safe and stable operation level of the power grid.
